I do not want to used this app, yet I am forced to have it on my Verizon phone sucking up my device resources. Verizon needs to allow removal of non-essential bundled apps when the client does not want them. I say good class action oppertunity for an aspiring attorney!

Boycott Bloatware I believe we should have a choice about what apps go on our phone. Routing the phone is an option but that will VOID your warranty. For me personally that is a non starter. I've already had to replace my original phone. I am hoping Verizon gets the message from all the horrible reviews. I've been a loyal customer for years that should matter.

Verizon, stop locking up crap apps in these android phones. You take a wonderful device and bring it to its knees with redundant and useless apps that keep eating up memory and cpu time. When will you get it? I already give you over $100 a month.

Evrrytime I get in my car and the phone connects to Ford Sync, this unmanageable Verizon app starts playing music. No setting available to change it, and can't uninstall it. Verizon is not playing nice, and is not trying to be my friend. I pay for this stuff, and I should be able to control it, but Verizon won't let me. They won't make a penny off this music app from me!

Apps from Verizon should represent the best they have to offer. This app (along with a couple others)carry the Verizon name, are forced (bullied into) upon your customers, and represent poor quality. Does Verizon really want people to associate poor quality products with the Verizon name? Every time we are forced to "update" an inferior app we neither use or want, reinforces the "Bully= Verizon=Inferior Products" association. That= bad for business= stupidity. 17years a Verizon customer, I'm embarrassed

They don't care about anything qnymore except money. Used to be able to walk into a store and they would jump over themselves to help. Now all they want is your money. Warranty issue; your fault. Dislike device; we only give you a few days to decide and now charge to switch. Etc. Etc.

Apps that I don't or want to use. I have been with Verizon for 9 years and unfortunately I can't switch to another company, which get no signal or very low signal in my area. Also disappointed that the HTC inc 2 won't get new upgrade to ICS. Tell me to buy a newer phone. I like the one I have thank you very much!!

Every time I try to GET to the music file. It says error. So Ive paid For music I am unable to listen to. Thx Verizon. Not to mention, I'm being told to resign in. And go figure it says the server is down.. It's always down. Haven't been able to listen to any of my music. Fix it or were leaving.

It gives you the option to listen before you buy but then it won't play it, keeps saying error. I like the huge selection but im not going to buy something without listening to it. LAME!

Let us uninstall programs like this if we don't want them! It does not touch the operating system therefore it is fine to uninstall! I will never use this service and it is taking over 8 mbs of space. That is ridiculous.
