If you're in an emergency and your life depends on this app working, you'd be better off using the ostrich approach. It's appalling and unacceptable that this app doesn't work on newer operating systems. This is a paid service and your customers deserve better.

Doesn't work. Developer admitted in Summer 2013 it didn't work on Android 4.2+ and"is working on it". It is now nearly 2 years later and still no fix so I think we can now safely say they've given up on Android.

I read the reviews from July 2013. It is November 27th 2013 and the app still doesn't work on 4.3. Don't you think it's enough time? Hopefully you work on 4.3. Don't you think it's enough time? Hopefully you don't need it!

It's downright funny that the app is not supported on the majority of the Android OS's now in the market. How many phones out there are still on 4.1x? Seriously, the lack of urgency to update this app to support 4.2x/4.3x and the fact that it is an app that is only useful in an emergency makes this app a really cruel joke at best.

Following comments from the developer I decided to perform a factory reset and return to the Samsung butchered version of Android, I'm pleased to say after wiping all the data on the phone the app now works. I was running CM10 nighties, possible cause? perhaps but I didn't have any problems with any other apps. Now it works on the 'stock' OS shipped with the phone I have revised my rating, BUT... I still think for what the app is actually doing we should be able to install it on 'any' phone or version of Android and just have it work. ----- Developer replied on May 24, 2013 We are sorry for your trouble. If you are using the previous version we just released version 2.2 which should run on your Note II if you are running Android 4.1 OS. My Comments - May 22, 2013 - Version 7.3.14.17 Still won't load Has never worked. Update just the same as previous version. Open application sits and force closes
