Garbage and very terrible customer service with response time and help given. Wouldn't solve my issue. My lights won't connect to my phone from the Bluetooth modem to my galaxy phone. Spent days installing and can't even use the lights at all so ticked off right now with mictuning.

Works with or with out service. Multiple connections of the same product (I.E. 2 sets of rock lights) seem to be troublesome.

App will NOT connect to Samsung/Android blue tooth. Unfortunately my lights are already installed or I would be sending them back. I had to have a power switch installed just to turn them on or off. Do not buy if you have a Samsung phone

Terrible product. They won't turn off. I try to turn them off and they stay on, red. I have to install a switch for them to turn off!

If the app won't connect to your lights, make sure you have both location and file access enabled! After spending too much time fighting with the app, I reached out to MIC Tuning support through their website. A rep contacted me via email, and was quite helpful for the troubleshooting we made it through before I figured it out. The app absolutely requires location and file access to work. It does not need the mic, but without location and file access, it will not be able to connect. Once I figured out the connection issue, I'm fairly impressed with the app. Easy to use color picker, programming seems easy, and it does what it says on the tin. Only three stars because it should not require location access.

This app sucks ass. I have a Samsung s10+ and it will pair but won't connect and the app will not work. My girlfriend has an iPhone and it works fine. I have 10 buddies that were going to buy the same rock lights if they liked them on mine but they have Samsung phones too and now are going a different route. I either want my money back or the app fixed. From the looks of it I am not the only one having this issue. I Also have not seen one response back to anyone from the developer.🤔🤔🤔

It worked the first time i connected. But then i couldnt turn the lights off. Closed the app and reopened, was able to turn them off but then couldnt turn them on. I returned the lights. Glad I tested this before installing them. I reordered the same lights but with the remote control. Im using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

The light won't connect to the app. Keeps saying I need an app to connect and I have the app.

App will not connect to the lights, absolute disappointment. Doesnt matter what phone, how many times i disconnect the power, restart the app. This is my 2nd set of lights that hasnt worked. Absolute trash
