    If you don't see your railcard it could be because your photo is somehow missing. You have to give them a call or email railcardhelp or you will be unable to prove that you bought a Railcard. The app shows no errors of this, only the operators know it.

    Installed it added the code says your cards been added then takes you back to the screen saying you have no cards. Why do I need an app for this why can't it just be a qr code? Oh and good luck getting through on the support number, been waiting 20 minutes so far. Seems anything related to British rail travel is just managed awfully. Emailed support got a message saying a member of their team would be in touch within 20 working days... Are you serious? That's your sla to respond?

    Still having thr same issues as others: go to + add the railcard code, "congrats! You've added a card!" but when I go to my railcards, it says I have none and need to add one. Rinse and Repeat. Is there ANY solution to this?!

    nice app but there needs to be a way of organizing everything together. DB has connection with cards, tickets, route maps all in one place.

    Works well MOST OF THE TIME. I have had several issues when the app keeps logging me out. For some reason, this always happens when conductors actually ASK to see the railcard. Probably, update-related. In hindsight, I have to start making sure that I log in on the morning/day when I travel (just to be sure), so can't be too mad. I just wish there was a notification that I've been logged out for any reason. Otherwise, simple enough to use.

    I had an issue with adding my Railcard to the app. I just couldn't add it to the app. When I contacted them with the form on the website they said it might take 15 days for a reply... But then I messaged them on Facebook and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. Apparently there was an error with the Railcard. If you have similar problems, I suggest you contact them on Facebook. Their customer service there is good.

    terrible app!, when renewing railcard, keep having to enter information previously entered. one field is date.of berth, it has a date picker which shows todays date, and requires hundreds of key clicks to get back to correct date (which the app already had!), totally unusable for this purpose. Not easy to work out how to change the type of railcard, but at least that point was covered in the FAQ

    Per the other reviews saying the same thing, despite having the latest version of the app, confirmation in my online account that my card is active and having followed all steps, the card doesn't appear in the app. Until this is fixed I would NOT RECOMMEND buying a digital railcard. Best to buy an old fashioned paper one.

    I haven't had any issues uploading new railcards or entering info. As an app is useful so I always have it to show when buying tickets and you can store different railcards if you have them . It doesn't do anything else and no better or worse than paper version, I just went this way as it was faster to do online.

    Disagree with the handling of it, seems far too many ways they can 'catch you out'. If your phone is damaged or out of battery it is an immediate penalty. You can appeal to have it revoked but you can only do this once a year. That simply isn't good enough. Makes me afraid that something will happen out of the blue that will leave me cardless and forced to pay a fine that I should not have to pay. Give us the freedom to have a physical unfailing Railcard until you pull up your trousers. Shite.
