Unfortunately the last Android update has a built-in pdf viewer that does not allow to search or zoom any pdf format file that is attached to any message. Please reconsider your built-in pdf viewer and go back to the older version. It was a better one. You can also allow users to be able to change the default pdf viewer. Stop making unnecessary updates. Thank you.

Needs work. Half the time you try to load an image the app crashes. This is a problem on iOS and Android as my coworkers have issues as well. Edit: after a year and a half since my last review, this app has only gotten worse. Now you can't send pictures in the app at all or it crashes. I'm changing to a 1 star. Every single other free messaging app I have used works better than this. If my work didn't require it I would have deleted this a long time ago.

super buggy. displays wrong names on messages, often doesnt open images, has crashed multiple times when trying to open images that are further back in the chat history. navigating the app is also not super intuitive but that could be on the client company's side of things

Edit. Since the newest update I can no longer send pics/screenshots. Payroll always messes up my shift pick up bonuses so I send her the screenshot of my supervisor's msg about the bonus. And lately the app has been crashing once a week. I cant do 5 stars for this app anymore..... Love this app! I never have crashes or any issues with it. Especially like that my supervisors can send messages out so we instantly know what's going on. It's so difficult to depend on everybody to "spread the word."

I can't change my photos, it keeps crashing everytime I try and now when I try to post a photo to my crew it crashes and closes. I try to send feedback and my keyboard wont come up. I sent feedback the other day when i couldn't change my photos and it crashed over and o ver again but I got no response.

It doesn't always send push message notifications. Sometimes after typing a message one must click the send arrow several times to make it send. Other than these issues, I love it and it truly is important to our workers.

Notification wont go away and will keep sending the same notification every hour whether you read the message or swipe it to ignore.

Took forever to download.. even over wifi network. Got to create a profile but now I cant connect with my Network ID. Uninstalling. 👎🏽👎🏽
