Definitely recommend if you like roguelikes. This game takes many roguelike/rpg concepts and improves them. With no exp system, instead of methodically hunting every monster on each level the goal is to avoid damage. Deciding to start each fight becomes a tactical decision. With consumable items being crucial in each dungeon, it eliminates the urge to horde money to get new equipment since the best money boost is gained by finishing a dungeon. Great unique roguelike.

Awesome game, but a game-breaking bug makes it not worth playing. Almost every time I play, my character becomes invulnerable and won't die, even if he's at 0 health. The worst part is winning won't register as a win. It doesn't save progress. But I also can't die to start over. So it's stuck. I can't advance in the game or have fun by having a challenge. If they fix this, it's instantly a 4-5 star game.

I was kind of harsh on the previous review, after spending time with it I am getting used to some things. It is a wonderful game which retains the original spirit in a fresh package. I still don't like that it's not smooth/60fps, and some actions are annoyingly slow (crafting in particular) but I'm still having fun with it.

i just bought it.. I am on a Pixel XL 3. On the first level I cannot do anything after killing off the first dummy. I revealed the key with the treasure map then nothing works. I did a full restart of my phone and no difference. Please advise.

amazing! i found this after playing gumballs and dungeons. this is much harder and feels deeper in its gameplay. i really love this game. 5 stars! worth the money.
