I really enjoy the pillow and everything, however the Bluetooth connection does not seem to be very strong or hold solid. Even though I have followed ask the steps, and it was doing fine for the first 2 weeks, it doesn't seem to have actually recorded my sleep all week. Along with that, I can't play my music as long as I'd like. I would love it if these things got fixed, because it would make the whole thing perfect.

Been on this a year. It works to stop snoring. My wife appreciates it. What would be great is if you could tell the pillow to activate automatically on a schedule so you don't have to remember to start and stop it. The app itself works fine but not always accurate.

Does not work at all. Says it is synced, but never records any data. i have been trying it for nearly a week, and it has yet to successfully save any tracking information to my account. It won't even save the alarms I set from day to day. Instructions said it needed 10 minutes to "stop sleep" and save the recorded data. I left my phone on top of the pillow for 35 minutes this morning and it never completed the data sync.

Can't get it with Google play it won't open with my sign in info but it works with Apple. How can I get this to work with Google???

Doesn't stay connected to my pillow. In fact, it takes forever to even connect it to my pillow. I selected music for 2 hours and it will only play music for an hour. Also, it only plays the music that was already on the app. I can't add my music to play. This app is horrible, and it really needs to be fixed or updated or something. If i paid almost $200 for this awesome pillow, the app should work flawlessly....ijs.

Great pillow. The app, on the other hand, is something that needs to be overhauled. Sleep data only syncs every 2 or 3 days. Making it difficult to get a good decibal average. Which, in turn, makes even more difficult to set the snore alarm to the right decibal level. I want for this to work so badly (so does my wife). I don't remember the last time we got a restful night's sleep.

This app is a complete joke. The product could be very good but the Android app does not appear to have had any updates since Android Honeycomb. There are constant connectivity issues. I do not understand how a company can make new "smart products" and not fix the app. The Android app appears to be an after thought for the company. The app needs a complete rebuild.

No one commenting on the app and pillow is having a positive experience. How is that? I hope the Bluetooth radio is in the power button and not inside the pillow. That would cause it to dump connection a lot as your head is blocking the signal. The app actually looks pretty good but yes, it doesn't connect or stay connected. Feel bad for the backers of this project. Two for $99 is about all they're worth. Thanks Black Friday.

App is BRUTAL! I get so frustrated that i almost want to take it out on my innocent phone. It literally takes about 20 minutes to set up and even then, it will disconnect and not measure your sleep. You literally go through the same steps 2-3 times. The inconsistency is enough to drive you nuts. Until the App can be improved, this is a big waste of money.

inconsistent. when it works it's good info, but it only works about 20% of the time. been using it every night for the past 3-4 weeks and only got data for a fraction of the time. customer support was somewhat helpful at first, but as soon as it seemed to be an issue with the pillow they gave up. they offered a refund if i returned the pillow and i paid shipping costs, which for the amount that cost, i didn't see the point in throwing away that money. now i have an extremely expensive pillow.
