Useful but buggy. I needed to change the drop off time for my car. You use sliders to pick the start and end time, then when you confirm, the times are an hour out. It turns out the confirmation is wrong - the sliders are right - but it's terribly confusing. Did anyone test this? I had to change my booking twice to get it right.

Terrible app and even worse, terrible service. We ordered a car from rental cars yesterday with a pickup from an airport and a drop-off in another airport. After I submitted the form I got a confirmation email with same pickup and drop-off location - the first airport. No one in customer service will agree to change it back to what it was suppose to be and now we're supposed to find a solution. Customer service (chat) will only waste your time. Won't really do anything.

Avoid this company and app at all costs! Just rent locally! Horrible customer service. We had a large car booked for a group of people, unfortunately a big part of the group was unable to travel due to covid. When I was about to pick up the car I tried to amend the booking via the app which was impossible. Then tried to get through to customer service and they were not working. After picking up the car, I was told that I cannot change or cancel the booking and it would be non refundable.

Can't get official receipts from app, have to email I have asked 5 times and get no response. I won't use this service again. Very poor and I didn't even get the car I booked when I turned up to collect it. I wanted a car not small suv

Can't even log in. Can't verify account from the email sent with a link. Errors everywhere. Can't view current reservation in order to print the voucher.

They will steal your money. Their app, phone line, and website are all useless for making changes to your reservation, customer service is atrocious, and if you have any issues they will tell you there's nothing they can do and won't refund your money. Horrible company, worse app.

Fees trough the nose, hidden charges through misleading screens. It charges on the "check booking" screen. It doesn't mention the deposit which is 1100Euro.

Exceptionally poor customer services. No refunds available. "We dont offer refunds in any cases". Unbelievable. Avoid
