This wasnt easy but I figured it out. The app worked for me initially as well and then I was having difficulty and could not get in using my phone. When I used my tablet and resigned-in I was able to access my account and change my code. You have to be near the lock as well. Hope this is helpful

Worked for a few weeks then locked me out of my house. App never opened again, just constantly loading.

First time actually having a house with the key coded door...first moving in it worked fine was able to set a new code and everything but I would set to NOT automatically lock me out but it does it anyways and now all of of a sudden 🙃 now it just loads and loads doesn't open up 👎🏾👎🏾

Worked great when I first moved in, but 5 months later the App stop working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but never could get the App to open.

Reading the comments seems this is a recurring problem the app worked for 5mths now it will not load & the lock itself would not open from the outside.

Total failure of an app. It worked only the first initial time. Now it can never even load. This is insane considering that I don't have a key for my apartment and have to rely on this defunct app as a backup way to get into my own home.

Hot garbage of an app. Rarely loads, and Autolocks regardless of whether you have it set to or not. Absolutely infuriating.

Worked fine for about a month. Then all of a sudden it wouldn't boot up. Cannot get the app to log back in even after Uninstall/reinstalling several times on multiple devices. Frustrating as can be to not be able to GET INTO YOUR OWN HOME!
