App keeps stopping. The Bluetooth connection is very unreliable. Given the obscene amount that ResMed charges for the air mini (not covered by Medicare), one would think that they would spend some money creating a better app. To add insult to injury, there is no one at ResMed to assist with problems with their app. Their explanation for this lack of help is that it's "not their business model."

Horrible Bluetooth connectivity. Not at all useful without connecting to the phone. You would think that this would be the most important aspect of the device as there's no interface. Uninstall and reinstall and phone reboot still give no results.

Simplistic data is insulting. Is that AHI/90% pressure? What are the events? What hrs did i sleep? When did i need more pressure? Travel cpap should provide detail comparable with main cpap & ox/watch data. I've long used minor changes to identify problems equip/envir/habits/other things that affect sleep. Sleep affects everything. Suppliers just check for major issues. Why ask for detailed reports every month when i know the data is in my phone already. Love the actual machine though.

App works great two things should be changed. 1) the ability to change the limits on the range. 2) there is no reason why you need access to my contacts. Do even make the request to ask. (I declined this part)

The app is easy to use, has a simple layout and does have some pretty neat features such as turning your machine on/off via your phone; checking mask fit etc. I do however believe it could be made five stars by addressing the following. I find the app won't shut off when not using it, which drains battery power..rapidly. I would like to be able to see more statistics wise to be able to precisely track sleeping patterns, and to be able to save said data so that it can be accessed at any point.

Could be awesome if it would retain authentication and could be shut off on phone. Unfortunately neither is true. Every night, I have to pair and authenticate. Seems to be a common issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling per tech suggestions is pointless. The air mini is awesome, but this app is it's Achilles heel. Resmed seems to be in denial or chooses to ignore the issue. Machine is saved in bluetooth devices, so why isn't the authentication? Expensive brick without full functionality.

The app was working great, until it suddenly started showing my usage hours as .3 or .4, even though i was using the AirMini all night without interruption. I have emailed the developer and will update this rating to 5 stars if this problem is fixed. UPDATE: Developer responded quickly to my request. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app solved the problem. Usage hours are now reporting accurately. Very helpful app.

I consider this App to be "Aren't we clever, we have an App!" marketing BS. It offers very limited value and should do much more. For example, It wouldn't be hard to add a bring-up function to remind you when the filters are due to be replace (not a continually nagging reminder, as many people may want to wait.). Or the ability to order new parts via the App. Come on people! Just look about at good Apps and I'm sure you can make the useful.

So the stats are nice. It's good to see the quality of your sleep, especially for me when training. However, i travel a lot. I live in Australia and when i setup the machine, it registered AU timezone. Now when i travel to EU for instance, it only counts the hours slept after 12pm Australia time!! So checking in the morning i see 2/3hrs sleep, even after a whole nights rest. There is no where in the app to update the time zone. You would think it would be easy enough to sync to GMT, and show hours based off time zone on phone where the app is. Would like a big fix for this asap!!

Doesn't combine with Resmed data, and despite email recommendations and the obvious need, they refuse to work on it. Just like the poor excuse for a Resmed app, AirMini knows you have no choice, so they don't even entertain the notion of app improvements or inter-app communication.
