The ION app is made exclusively for our subscribers. It can be used for Android OS 2.3 and later. Using this app an existing ION subscriber would be able to: Renew broadband account : A subscriber can renew broadband account by clicking on the renew now button on the home screen, the renewal date will effect from the date of renewal after adjusting the balance amount. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, wallet, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment or using a POS machine. Advance Renew broadband account : A subscriber can advance renew broadband account by clicking on the advance renew now button on the home screen. In this case the renewal date would not changed. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, wallet, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment or using a POS machine Upgrade existing broadband package : A subscriber can upgrade existing broadband package by clicking on the Upgrade Package button on the home screen. Following options are available Put in a payment pickup request : Subscriber can put in a payment pickup request with the company. A date and time can be selected through the option and the same is captured and conveyed to the collection team for further action. Register a complaint : Subscriber can launch a complaint through the app. Rate an engineer: Now as a customer you can rate the services delivered by our visiting engineer Get notifications : All notifications related to renewal reminders, pickup request status, complaint status and value added services will be visible under the notifications tab of the app.

I have been using this network for almost 3 years but in start its was good but now its always no internet from last 1 year. always go to complain but still same problem. they have told me to change the router but still same. i am tired of this.its like wasting time and money.

worst app ever i have used in my life trying to make a payment for 90 days subscription fir which its costing me 1450 but when i am trying to make a payment its only giving me option to pay 16.11 rs only which is for 1 day and i am not getting any other option and every time first i have to make a payment for 1 day and then i get option to make payment for 90 days its a big joke u scamers

My broadband is due on 14.10.2021. No plans available in app to renew. Support team on calling don't know what to do. Links in email reminder for renewal shows no plans. No plans to renew in internet. If tried to renew through other apps (like airtel), it shows that something is wrong. Overall go to he'll attitude by the company 😡

Worst service ever! App doesn't work most of the times, don't know where to register complaint. Even after raising ticket, nobody comes to resolve. Internet is off everyday now, it's been more than 3 months now. They don't even resolve the issues. I'm stuck with it, paid for long duration pack. App and overall service is worst. Even customer care service is worst. Nobody comes to resolve the issue, still they always close the ticket saying resolved. Worst!!

The worst service ever. App showing authentication failed. Not able to log in to put up a complaint that the internet is not working. Its been so many months the internet speed is so slow. Doesnt even work after changing router as instructed by the local team. Worst connection ever. Total waste of money.

Very pathetic service. Previously it was very good. Now when I complaints they close the ticket without getting customer feedback about the complaint. Also email to customer care but no response. I have to use my mobile internet after paying for 6 months in advance. They are taking money in advance but didn't get the speed which I am subscribed. I am not going to recharge again after this subscription period is over.

Worst customer service ever. Also, tickets are being closed as 'resolved' even without coming and checking the connection. And then there's the customer care number which is an absolute joke. Will never recommend to anyone. 👎👎👎 Still the worst service provider, we dont expect such crappy automated replies too. If you want to maintain and expand your customer base, provide better service and maintain your existing customers. No response to calls, mails.

This is the worst internet provider I have ever seen. In every month you will not get the intended speed for 6 -7 days. When you complain about this, in 2 3 minutes you get a text message saying your complaint is resolved and you are not aware of it. The issue still remains as it is. The technical person who installed the internet setup never receives the call. Even if he receives it, he will keep saying the issue will be resolved I will come at your place but he never comes nor the issue gets resolved. I would have exposed his name but keeping some etiquettes here. The whole thing is pathetic. I will not recommend this service provider to anyone. Not worth of paying 600 every month.

Internet speed was ok. But if it stops, then you are on your own. None of the contact numbers work for this provider. Secondly, my internet service was due for renewal, no renewal calls, tried to reach their multiple numbers, none of them worked. Their office works from 10am to 6pm. You can't renew online through the app. Bit tricky situation. This is just because this particular vendor has monopoly in Kharghar & kamothe. Need to improve big time on services.

The worst internet service. I would recommend others not to opt for this service. Since June our internet is shut we have lodge a complaint on the app and even we have email them but no one responded for the same. We were trying to call the service center but they are refusing to accept it. We tried to call on call center even there they are not responding to complaint. It's been more than 2 weeks the service is not there. If not then pay back the amount paid for the yearly plan.
