the price plan at the moment is good, dont know how long that will last. the scooter is easy to unlock. main issue is that sometimes red zone might be a brigde and while driving under it the scooter will cut out in the middle of the road, sometimes in moving traffic, also slows down and speeds up if your gps sometimes flick to a green area or red area as gps sometimes does, very dangerous. another thing make your map a satnav. also it does'nt go 12mph it goes 10 wen it wants 11.2 11.6 10.9 etc.

It's a convenient way to get around but so many issues. 1st being the GPS, always gets my location wrong and on a couple of occasions it's taken me 10mins to park as it thinks I'm miles away from a parking zone despite taking a picture clearly in the zone! Also the no go zones are a massive issue in London, if you ride past one the GPS seems to think that I'm riding through it and the scooter just grinds to a halt in the middle of the road, to me that's just downright dangerous. Not happy

Using this app on a daily basis because this is the one my town has chosen but I hate it more and more everyday. Gotta restart the app 3x before it actually works. Same same when I need to end the ride. Their repair policy sucks, all scooter are damaged. Also they are unfoundable because they put em all at the same places in the city. I ain't even talking about the fact I can't park everywhere nor the price... I miss Lime.

Like seriously? I have to find right parking spot. It keeps beeping all the way even at the parking spot. There are more bus stops than your parking spots.

Dear Dott, My ride ended in the middle of the road twice and I díd not end it, the vehicle stopped on its own and in the process, 20 euros are deducted. Please note that this has caused me the inconvenience to walk the rest of the path to my destination and 20 euros is unnecessary deducted. Please refund the 20 euros and you can only take money for the distance I have travelled

Damaged my phone! Cannot use with google maps and there own versions of maps is awful as you cannot get directions. The colour design is black red and blue for some horrible reason. I used there scooters 2 times the first time destroyed my phone screen protector and the next time my phone came off the phone holder and damaged my phone. I asked if there was anything they could do and sent me a wrong place to make a claim and now they tell me I need to write a letter. Don't use!

Sadly somehow I just don't manage to get the code for registering... I've reset, wiped, cleared cache and data. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've tested if my sms are capable of being received and sent (which works fine), but still I cannot receive the code for regestering the app.. "something went wrong" the app keeps on telling me.. I think the helpdesk must be at a loss aswell, becaus they don't answer my request for help... Just a pity... would have liked to take a ride...

It's obvious the London scooter trial is deliberately set up to fail. I've attempted to use the scooters three times now but they're actually dangerous to use. There are too many areas you cannot use them, so they either restrict your speed or simply grind to a halt, often in the middle of a junction when you hit a no ride zone. Parking locations are few and far between and if you're using Google maps to navigate you can't see the app for where you can ride to. Walk, or use a bike. Big shame.

A map needs to be provided so you can see clearly where the no go areas are! Where is the map so individuals can actually see where you can ride to? Inside the app it is not clear! Does not make sense as everywhere seems to be outside the zone! I managed to get to the end of the road and came back to the original location as the outside zone was continuously beeping!. And as for your after user survey seems like someone has been accessing information from somewhere Other than your app!?

Too small covering area. Dott should definitely enlarge it! Too many fees for everything (I was charged 20zl fee for the scooter turned off as it appeared to be in non appropriate place while I was talking with my friend) You have only 15min. pause. After the time has passed you pay for each minute. And you don't know about it! Moreover the scooter itself has only 1 break (on rear wheel) This makes your stopping distance much longer. Be careful! So don't use Dott if you wanna save your money.
