Getting you to doing 100, 150, 200 or 250 sit ups in a row -- that is what the Sit Ups fitness app is all about.

Think of the Sit Ups app as your personal fitness trainer that is going to help you build up the strength to complete those 100, 150, 200 or 250 continuous sit ups within a short few days or weeks, depending on your level of fitness.

Just like a real personal fitness trainer, the Sit Ups app adjusts the exercise regimen based on your feedback how taxing you think the individual exercises are. That way, you can continue towards your fitness goal at your very own pace.

I use all 4 apps and do 8 workouts with them 5 minutes of stretching before then pull ups, chin ups, squats, lunges, push ups, dips, sit ups, crunches. In about 20 minutes you get a really decent work out. I do all of the secondary exercises during my rest time of the 4 apps and it works out fantastic. Hope this helps some people have fun!

What is with everyone wanting reminders. This is an Android app. Doesn't your device come with a calendar?! If you're serious about improving your performance, you don't need to be reminded. Nobody has to 'remind' you to eat. It's fine just the way it is. Could use a bigger "Done" button though. I like to slap it on my last rep.

I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to safely strengthen their abdominal muscles. It took me six weeks plus to reach my goal of 100. I especially liked the ability to repeat a phase that was too difficult for that particular day. I now plan to repeat the 100 goal but holding a ten pound plate.

I switched from Windows Phone to Android a month ago. Everything was great except I was not able to find alternate of '6 week training' app. Finally, somehow I come across aps from you guys. I have install Sit ups, Squats and Push ups app and bingo! I have an alternative now. Not as intuitive as that one, but somehow severs the same purpose. I wish you guys take inspiration from them and create a similar app like it where we can track all activity at one place.

Using this app since last summer has given me amazing abs!! But not gross female abs. Lol I quit for a few months but came right back to it. So I'm not the best at sticking with workouts either. I love love love it. With a good cardio it has given me a body I thought was only possible in my dreams

Being using it for one day, and I been feeling like I'm getting a good work. Only the results will tell if it was worth using this app. Tbh if I don't show that Much improvement I'll still keep the app, it motivates me to finish my workout.

If you're horribly out of shape like me and you enjoy a very simple no frills, no adds app, this is a good choice. Very simple instructions, challenging steps per session. At the end of each exercise it gives you the option of slowing down, speeding up, or keeping the normal progression of the next exercise. I've been using this app, the push up and squats app from the same makers for two weeks straight and it has not disappointed me. You just have to stick with it.

Great for initial conditioning but falls short of following thru. I broke my back a few years ago and this is the first time I've been able to do 50 situps in a row without having to stop for 3 months because of the pain. The slow methodical buildup enabled me to gradually redevelop my strength. What I wanted to do was 150 consecutive and that's where the app abruptly ends - with you doing 11 sets of 25-30 reps. I thought there would be interim of sets of 50/75 then125 to 150. Great app overall Thanks lots!

Love the apps, wish I had a pull up bar to use that one, too. I started off with a slightly lower number so I could get used to doing this. Now, I can do these just about every day, increasing toward my goal.

I suffer from arthritis of the spine and am very limited and also very out of shape. I started using this app and only completed 3 situps / pushups (I have both apps). It has helped me increase my fitness gradually and strengthen the muscles that support my spine. I definitely recommend this app.
