The products are ok, but the app is not. Schedules dont work at all, and theres barely any options for customization. Even the buttons on the app sometimes are a challenge to press. Please, improve the app experience, or allow connectivity to a better one

las cámaras se están reiniciando cada 2 días sin ninguna explicación, de nada sirve el sistema si las cámara no están en posición correcta para la grabación debido al reinicio

La plataforma de domótica Ozom no está a la altura de la competencia. La plataforma es inestable, la documentación limitada, es innecesariamente difícil agregar productos y gran parte del tiempo no hay comunicación. Toda la experiencia es tan frustrante como cara.

La aplicación funciona pésimo. Se pega, las luces no responden, las programaciones por horario no funcionan. Además de que no se puede conectar a google home, lo cual es lamentable.
