Great app for Reddit overall, I've been using it for a long time. But today it completely stopped working with the "Something went wrong. Check your internet connection or try again" problem. But it doesn't seem to be related to the new TLS security protocol Reddit just enabled - the native Reddit app and browser access work fine on my Android phone. Hopefully this app can be updated! (edit 7/18): app has been updated with a fix for this! Edited to the 5 stars it deserves.

This has been my favorite Reddit app, but as others pointed out, it doesn't work anymore. I know you've responded that it's due to a change Reddit made and you're not sure what you can do, but why are other apps like RIF still working? Edit: doesn't work with the suggestions. Have cleared the cache completely. Still doesn't work Edit: perfect. works again, but what were were you talking about TLS? You were blaming it on that. do we have to actually worry about something?

This app is great however I am using pixel 4a and all of a sudden this week experiencing the same load error and now the app is not functional. Really hope you can find the fix the other Reddit apps suck. Updated now back to perfect! Thank you Boost team.

This is like heaven with blackjack and hookers. So much better than the official app, without all the annoying ads.

Edit: from others I've read that the connection error issue will stop if you log out and back in, and this worked for me! I feel it would be helpful for the developer to announce this though. Pretty great app, some difficulties but nothing major. However all day long I've been unable to use it, been seeing an error "connection issue" everytime I open it and it isn't my connection. I tried reinstalling and it didn't help. Hope it's fixed soon, this is the only Reddit app I like!

Starting yesterday, it is constantly giving me a network error message and won't load anything. It doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-fi or a mobile connection, same error. I have an S20+ so it isn't an old phone issue either. Update: I tried the developer's suggestion and it seems to have fixed the issue at the moment. When not having the login issue, it really is the best Reddit client on Android.

I really don't feel good about leaving this review but I have to. This has been a 5-star app for me for years. I love almost everything about this app and how it operates. That said, it has been slowly becoming almost completely unusable for me. I have read other reviews about slow loading, supposedly the issue has been fixed, but it has not. I have the most recently updated version, have cleared my cache, etc. Sometimes the app works, but most of the time posts and comments will not even load.

Love this app. Been using it for years. However for the last day or so it has not worked at all. Constantly getting "something went wrong, check your internet connection and try again message." Internet connection is fine, Reddit is not down, so I imagine it is some issue with the app communicating with Reddit. I'm on a Pixel 3XL, running Android 11.

This app is fantastic. It's quick and easy to navigate, and the layout options are definitely superior to the standard reddit app. I do need to mirror what another user posted: I cannot use this app at the moment because I get a "something went wrong with your internet connection" when it opens. I hope that's fixed soon so I can come back.

4.5 stars. Prior to yesterday, the only problem with this app was that it sometimes would stop loading posts and comments after about 10 minutes of use. But now, nothing works. As soon as I get on the app it says to check my internet connection. For some reason, anonymous mode works but nothing when signed in does. Edit: I went on Boost's sub and noticed there is an update coming. Thanks for working so quickly to fix this issue!
