App does not work on my mobile. Paid a lot of money for this fanlight. And without the app is rubbish. Default on light is too dull. Only been able to install the app on husbands phone so have to sit in the dark til he gets home to adjust it on his phone. What is the the point of the remote if you can't change the settings on it. And how can you set up a default so when I turn on light it stays at the setting I want? Really regretting purchasing the fan light.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE ALL THAT IS JUSTICE, UPDATE YOUR APP!! Jus had my new ceiling fan installed and your stupid app DOES NOT WORK! *posted on 4/24/20* Update: As of 7/6/21 the only phone responsive to my ceiling fan is my old Galaxy S9+, but only that phone. Any other newer phones the app WILL NOT open! Love the fan, HATE THE STUPID APP!

App worked around October 2020 through end of year, then it no longer connected to light within the app. Only speaker connection worked. After contacting the seller, apparently you need to delete the Bluetooth setting in your phone first and reinstall the app. Then you upload the new version of the app, Tick Light, for android. After that, only connect the one Bluetooth, BS003B, which shows after you scan within the app by hitting the search button. The light settings feature work again.

There should be a rating for 0 stars. This app doesn't even deserve a 1. First it asked me something in Chinese, figured out what to push (I hope), then in English it wanted access to media, contact, etc the normal stuff it ask. Then it crashed. Over and over again! I restart my phone, and it still won't open. Horrible app!!! If you find a suitable plz let me know.

This thing barely worked before, there are no functions for the fan at all, and now even the lamp and music have stopped working. And the app is the ONLY way to control them! Total rip off. If you got this product return it immediately!

App keeps crashing. Was never able to open app to control lights. Music works fine, but this is not connected thru the app. Sucks cuz led color change was one of my main reasons for purchasing and now I am not able to change due to faulty app.

So..it doesn't scan on the app..the app is useless but can still play music you have downloaded on your phone...but what makes it change colors on its own.. really was hoping this app worked hope gets fixed...
