Quick tip: App works on Android 8 and older! I had an idea to redownload the app on my previous phone since it always worked there. Did a fresh install and it works great on my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone but still won't work on my Galaxy S20... There must have been some major change on a system library that this app uses which broke it on basically all recent phones and Samsung doesn't seem to care to fix. So if you have issues with the app, try an older phone.

What's sad is that despite all of these one star reviews, Samsung doesn't give a care about the ratings. Our cameras that work perfectly fine, are now useless, due to not being able to access the gallery anymore. Why does Samsung treat us like this? Why are we being punished, just because they're too lazy to support any more updates??? I'm beginning to lose my faith in Samsung.

The gallery crashes every time I try to open it to see my pictures that I just took. I have tons of room on my SD card and my phone and app are fully updated. Doesn't work with the Samsung S20 ultra

I have a Samsung S10+, used to work flawlessly however all of a sudden, it stopped working cannot view gallery very disappointed. Maybe it's a sign to move on to an iPhone. Funny thing is, that it does work on iPhone try it and verified hello Samsung.

When I tried to open the gallery from my Note 10 and the app kept crashing, I went to Google Play to uninstall and reinstall but before I had a chance to do that I noticed all of the 1 star reviews so I started reading them. I have NEVER seen an app with that many 1 star reviews before. This is LOOKS REALLY BAD FOR SAMSUNG. I have always loved Samsung products but one thing I hate is when a company treats their customers like trash. Your customers are the lifeblood of your organization.

This was a poor final execution of the 360 app. I get that Samsung discontinued support for their product, but I have used plenty of discontinued supported cameras and have encountered less glitches than I have had with this product. The 360 camera on its own is good and if you know how to use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or photoshop to stich your footage and photos together, then you're golden; however, the use of this app on supported devices fail to do what it's intended for.

Used to be awesome but now you can't access the gallery so can't view or edit the videos. Looks like an incompatibility with later versions of android. Samsung no longer support the camera or app and so you are left with an awesome camera you can't use, so really, it's junk. Lesson learned, don't buy Samsung Technology, they'll leave you unsupported when they feel like it. Sad day, I've had Samsung products for a decade but no more.

I bought the camera back in 2018. Everything worked great. I took very good care of the camera just for this app to mess it all up. Now it's basically useless

As previous reviewers have stated, I am really disappointed in not being about to access the gallery after taking pictures. Note 10+ running Android 11 is my device.

Gallery now crashes instantly - I used to use this all the time with my Gear 360, but then suddenly the app started crashing whenever I try and enter the Gallery (to view or upload videos). I've cleared the SD card, reinstalled the app, reset the Gear 360 and reformatted the SD card... all resulting in absolutely NO change: I can 'live view' through the camera on the phone, choose the recording mode, etc, and the videos files write to the card, but I have no way of ever viewing them!
