This review is based on the shopping experience not the app itself. Just don't expect your order when they tell you it'll come. Constantly changes and it pushed back. Was saying October 26th, then November 2nd, now November 9yh. I know there is a chip shortage but knowing your supply and demand is basic stuff. Pretty ridiculous. I ordered on October 2nd. They even send emails with "your order is on the way" in the subject field. Gotten 3 or 4 of those. Pretty ridiculous.

The worst experience ever ordering from Samsung. Order never went through several times and was automatically deleted. I'm tired of these robo messages repeating the same exact verbage, there is never a real update to the app as far as bug fixes. Samsung always pushing promotions, sales and want permission to everything on your phone that they really don't need access to. They keep responding with the same generic apology ! Shame on you developers !

Can't use it if I don't grant permission to access my contacts. That's ridiculous. Response to Samsung's response: Bull. There is absolutely no reason you need access to my contacts for me to use the app to shop your products. And you will not get that access. I'll simply buy another brand. Edit: still asking for access to my contacts. You're not getting it. If you want me to buy your products, remove that permission. Otherwise, no deal.

Promising products with the best trade-in value in the market 👌. I went from Apple to Samsung, not just for their phones, but for their quality and their fast service(s). Samsung has delivered many solutions to my needs when it came to financing options or any product issue(s) (which were very minimal). Horrible experience, price changes as i put phone to my cart, did not mention anyother term or condition for the promotional discount. On top of that Samsung was not willing to honor their own price appears on their shop app. Samsung you must do better than that..

Don't expect order on time 80% of the time have orders pushed back the max is 3months before SAMSUNG just cancels YOUR order but they're the reason it's being pushed back!??? Did a second order same story just ended up buying the fold 3 at AT&T HORRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN Don't fall for the "Deals" because they'll just keep getting pushed back...

I think Samsung needs to test this app more thoroughly. The app shows a different amount when a product is searched and the price changes as soon as they are added to the cart.

Dont buy a samsung flag ship. They have crazy amount of memory/speed but they dont have audio jack the only thing those stats are good for is paying video games but you cant use earphones and bluetooth lags so much plus if u buy a charger cable with aoudio jack it wont work cos they disable it and the phone wont let u use it samsung blocks them this phone is prety useless by the time u hear whats coming u already lost u cant win with samsung. U hear ur own deley foot steps and think is oponent.

Worst buying experience ever!!! orders canceled for exceeding amount of transactions allowed but this is my first time ordering from Samsung. Tried 5 times with customer support help still having my order canceled. Hopefully 6th is the charm
