Before Samsung Multiroom updates were installed I could play my own music from my phone through the Samsung speakers via WiFi set up. But after version 4143 the app shuts down everytime I try to play my music from my phone. I also noticed in the Samsung Multiroom app setup that playing music from my device is no longer supported through the WiFi speakers... WHY NOT? I spent good money so I could play my own music to a wireless stereo setup that at one time worked great! Now I can't!

Loved the speaker when I first got it. But since my internet has changed to the fiber optics, it will NOT connect to the wifi! It's now nothing more than cylinder brick. Samsung needs to update this app asap and fix the connectivity issues. My speaker is only a year old!

Cannot connect to my Samsung TV, tried every way I could. Glorified Bluetooth speaker only. It's disgusting how many comments say this exact same experience and you haven't fixed it in all these years. Really should be a class action suit for fraud saying it has wifi capability when it doesn't. Pleas fix and stop ignoring your product.

I bought these speakers (Radiant 360 R3) years ago because they sounded so good, and the idea of a whole-house wireless speaker system excited me. Had I known then that the app was horrible I never would have bought them. Had I even guessed that years later the app would still be rubbish I would have made it a public service mission to turn people away from them. Samsung apparently abandoned the project, and I have since abandoned Samsung. Sad, too, as I liked their phones.

I have suffered, grumbled, cursed, and allegedly thrown things all due to this app. It's just the worst. And a sad thing is I love the speakers! They sound fantastic and in a world where karma was balanced, they would have an app that allows them to play music in a fantastic way. Instead, the app quits repeatedly for no reason, loses all of my stations and playlists, and is designed in an entirely illogical way, and a horrible UX. I'm a fan of many Samsung products, but this one is a nightmare.

No zero stars? I wish. Grab you favorite 6 pack of a IPA when setting this up. And of you don't like IPA's I guarantee you'll enjoy that more then setting up your speakers with this app. You might even finish the 6 pack before getting your speakers up. It takes about 100 tries to get each speaker to connect. Samsung has the right idea with this app, but one of the most poorly executed deployments ever. I've stopped buying Samsung products. It's just not what it used to be.

Shame on Samsung for selling R1 speakers that rely on this buggy App and they dont bother to fix it for years now! Multiroom diesnt last more than few minutes before one or two of the speakers fall out of the group! Reagardless of how good your wifi is or close you place the speakers to the router! It is the app issue and lots and lots of owners of these R series have! Read the forums to see for yourself! Samsung has sold these speakers and given up on that and has left us all on our own!

the app works good but can improve better by a software update or fix by samsung due to wifi speakers keeps cutting out at times. also a more functional control search using other music apps through this app Now it won't play any of my personal music on the app. Frustrating

I don't know what happened if there was an update or what but this app keeps crashing on my pixel phone. It makes my speaker useless I have used this app for over three years and now it is demanding that I turn on location. I do not want to turn on location. It uses too much battery. Plus it's no business of yours what my location is and there's no functionality that requires this. Your app is now sucking
