As usual Samsung are becoming notorious for selling products and not keeping the after sales up to date. This App is trash, keeps crashing, amongst many other failures. Rendering a perfectly good Smart Camera rubbish. 📷 🗑

We still own these cameras, and use them. They are made so well, that they don't fall apart after a year, nor has the quality become obsolete. The least Samsung can do is allocate resources to update the OS compatibility once a year. 😶😐😑

This app is totally malfunctioning and does not work. I am having trouble connecting my camera to the WiFi and when it finally does it only can send 1 pic and closes the app itself. So frustrating..

In the past the app used to be awesome, Now it can only save the photos directy to the phone *when* you take them. Cannot transfer photos from camera to phone anymore

This app stinks . I purposely bought the camera and a Samsung phone so they would work together . I could not have been more wrong . When I can get the devices to connect the connection speed is slow typically taking over a minute to transfer a photo of 6mb . The devices constantly disconnect from each other while transferring files. I've reinstalled the app several times on my phone to no avail . I'm on holiday at the moment and as soon as I get home I'm binning the pair of them . Avoid

I have exactly the same experience as others. The app is keep crashing. It was so much fun download 130 pics one by one.......NOT!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬

I opened up the app and tried to connect the camera and the phone. It eventually took too long and the camera gave up. Wouldnt connect no matter how many times I tried it did not work. Also YES my camera was compatible with the app. There was also a button to press so I hit it and it broke the app. Terrible. Dont even try. Im disappointed Samsung. ):

when it works it works well. For people complaining that it doesn't work with versions of android past 8.0, samsung have said this is the case. I'm disappointed that samsung have stopped supporting their cameras but they did announce this several years ago, and have no longer been producing cameras or lenses for that time, so we can't really complain.
