Great for beginners I just starting weight lifting and considered power lifting as my starting point to build basic strength, and how easy it is to implement. This app literally made my life easier, better than carrying around a notepad everywhere! Must have for 531 users. WAY FOREWARD: Consider putting in a short illustration with technique for each movement. Steps with movement for setting up maybe witch simple sketches with hand positioning, wrist, arms, legs...etc. Great effort!

I've read through Wendler's book and this honestly helps you keep track of his methods. I don't have the paid version but even this free version is good enough to track percentages, and even PR goals. Excellent. Update: I eventually bought the paid version, and been using it for 3 years or so. I lot more options, and practical additions for those wanting to hone in your training. Love the options to awitch to 3/5/1 variations, and many options for specific programing.

i love this app! have added 100+ lbs to my squat;100 to my deadlift;75 to my bench press since last october. usually _never_ pay for anything 'additional,' but was experiencing such good gains, paid for the professional version. helps me stay motivated by providing info like "2 reps to beat cycle 1RM, or 6 reps to beat PR." enough to push me a little harder than i might want to. built-in timers between sets 👍 flexibility available when planning a daily workout inside of the program 👍

Really happy with this app. Got the trial and immediately upgraded. Clean design and intuitive UI. Once you go through a one pager initial setup your sessions and %'s are a couple of clicks to track. Replaced a Google sheet I've been using since 2017. Great app.

Hands down by far the best strength training app I have ever used. I love how easy it is to enter your info and have everything calculated for me. Being able to add or remove the accessory exercises is huge plus.

App crashed and lost all my lifts. It asked if I wanted to restore from backup when I got it running again, but the app had never asked about backing data up at any point previously, so all my data is lost... Was enjoying it before that. Edit: apparently the update that was released fixes the crash. Too bad my workout data was already lost.

great tool for tracking your progession, format makes each workout easy for planning great value Edit Weight tracking is a good feature, the chronological order is weird, oldest data shows first, have to scroll to compare most recent sets. Nice option of also seeing it as a graph.

Can't refer back to past workouts to see what you did. Way too many unnecessary options. It is supposed to do 1 workout yet manages to make that the most difficult to modify

Good app. For customizing it takes some learning. Wish there were some tutorial videos on YouTube. It would make customizing easier.
