1. Saving PDF as .PDF instead of .pdf. Lots of complaints for 1.5 years but no action from dev. 2. Printing waybill is faulty. Margins on generated Shipping Labels are TOO WIDE. In Shopee, Shipping Label's size fits perfectly in an A6 size paper. Lazada requires A6 sticker labels, but the generated labels only occupy 60% of the paper, waste of resources. Please work on it. It's unacceptable and has been a problem for 9 months now. The December2020 version of the app doesn't have this issue.

Seller app in phone was not very useful need to improve more. And also we need block customer feature since too many insane customer (gave a bad rating although our goods doesn't have trouble or threaten us too much)

Lacking shipping computation for variations in sizes. For example, I have an item with small, medium and large sizes, different weight and packing sizes. The dimensions can only be entered once, not of each size. Shipping should be computed differently, as small say is 14kg, medium is 22 kg. Also the variation name cannot be entered here. Always showing "you've got a new order" when the order has long been delivered.

This app have an issue. It saves pdf file as .PDF and not .pdf. Many printer apps have problems reading .PDF files. The correct file extension should be .pdf. Hope the developer can fix this bug in the next update.

I just wish the app would get a better UI. Also they should be considerate to sellers who may be using this as a side hustle only and stop calling in the middle of the day for a half-assed attempt to educate them in selling at Lazada. There MUST be another way to teach your sellers. Start with the UI and improve the process!
