Terrible. Email prompting me to check in early and avoid the queues forces me to download the app, which doesn't even get past the home screen. No opportunity to use mobile browser to accomplish the same task.

App closes when I try to type in my password. Very strange. I can type email or membership number but the moment i try to type password app spontaneously shuts off.

Frequently is non functional. Hopeless really. Their http web page still cannot take bookings. Cost me a booking because I would have had to call a toll number to book. Typical monopoly service.

Sometimes works and most of the times (recently) doesn't. It does not even start the software, but gives an error. Phone is Samsung S20.

Scandic app is around the same as the hotels. Sometimes the app crashes in the middle of a booking and sometimes it is perfect and convenient. And you cant choose if you want a room with bath tube or any other special choices either. Scandic is big brand, but I have heard the same complains for years now. 'I couldnt book a room with bath tube' so I dont like Scandic.
