Completely useless. I already have scene visa card and tried to login in the app to redeem my rewards, my scotia password kept being unrecognized and suddenly my account got locked with no warning. Now I have to call the help centre...

When you forget your password and have entered your card number snd email address app does not take you to a screen to enter uour confirmation number but back to login screen. Had to use website to change my password.

Worthless since it won't let you update something simple like a phone number saying it's incorrect even though I've had the same phone number for the past 10 years.

Brutal...so many times I have to contact support I am sick of it. Now it won't accept my password, no prob I will create a new one but it keeps looping out of the forgot password prompt and then the app shuts down....waste of time.
