It gets stagnant, maybe add a way to set the amount of times you will go through the workout before starting this way you don't have to stop and tap screen in between sessions.

Excellent app for someone trying to get a little bit of exercise into their life ... does get you going and gives you a sense of accomplishment. Having the voice warn at 10 secs and announce next exercise very helpful. Logging workouts a plus.

I've been using this app for about 18 months and have lost nearly 50 lbs of excess bodyweight. Even now I'm still a sweaty puffing wreck after two cycles - just by increasing the tempo & intensity of the individual exercises and reducing the break time I can continue to push myself to my limits. Giving 4 stars due to niggling bugs. I don't use the exercise log and it annoys me every time I use the app - I'd like an option to just turn it off. Also, the app triggers my OCD when the countdown clock stops between exercises at xx:31 and xx:01 instead of xx:30 and xx:00...

The log was the main reason I decided to buy the app. It stopped working after the month had elapsed. Now it keeps rolling on previous month and does not even count the workouts. I am disappointed.
