Use the camera on your smartphone to count the score when playing Scrabble on a real board. SCORABLE is a simple tool that helps players to keep the score in an innovative and easy way. Turn your phone into a smart score keeper! Please note that this app doesn't let you play Scrabble on your phone or tablet, you have to have a real board. • Just "capture/take a shot of" the game board with your smartphone or tablet. SCORABLE does the math for you. • Alternatively, type your words manually using the keyboard directly onto the board. As simple as it sounds! • Check words against the official Collins Scrabble Words dictionary (CSW2015) and solve all those arguments when playing. • Have a time limit for a faster game, including automatic tournament-style chess clock. • Have complete history of the game including the board state after each turn and simple statistics. • Supports 31 languages. Dictionaries are available for some of them. • Fully functional offline and no ads. Free version of the application is usable for a two player game. More players and some extra functions are only available after an in-app purchase. Application supports playing with official game sets and according to official rules. Not all designs are supported (the board must have clear lines between cells). Blanks are only detected if they have distinct color from the board background and have no symbol on them. Worn out or dirty tiles, tiles laid too much askew and other factors can decrease recognition accuracy. Makes playing scrabble so much easier and fun! Cant figure out how to, for example, change a past L to a different letter (usually a blank) when the "there are already all the Ls on the board" and they appear in red????

Brilliant way to track the scores. Takes all the effort out of calculating and tracking scores. Just take a photo using the app after each player's turn, and your scores are recorded. Two suggestions: 1) when passing a turn, can more options be added (missed due to incorrect word, missed due to changing tiles, etc). 2) Can the app track the number of wins of a player? Other than that, its very easy to use, adds value to the game, and well worth the money. Recommended.

Amazing app. The camera works absolutely wonderfully in the proper lighting. Once I figured out the basics of the app and how to adjust space tiles. It added everything properly, suggested at the end automatically. Does exactly what it says. Worth the purchase of you play the board game alot.

Need to take a few photos sometimes for the changes to be recognized correctly, and I miss the history where we could review previous games. Also a running total on the scoreboard would be nice. Apart from these, it's a great app, and I hope to see improvements. // Thanks for your reply

Pretty good app overall, only 2 issues - 1. Resetting the stats doesn't do anything, and 2. How do I load a custom dictionary/wordlist though, doesn't seem to be an option? I'd like to use my own dictionary for house rules games etc

Excellent app. Does what it says on the tin. Tip for Dutch players who have a tile set with "IJ" tiles: there is a language setting which recognises that particular character.
