I purchased 2 tickets to an event from SeatGeek. NEVER AGAIN! Just after the show started, we were displaced from our seats by the venue staff and made to leave the arena. It seems the REAL ticket holders of our exact section, row, and seat numbers had arrived (they purchased their tickets from the box office). I tried to contact SeatGeek via email AND telephone but have gotten no response. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Never again.

I gave this company $412 + dollars for a Broadway show last May (2021). Not only have I been unable to access my tickets on the app...but they do not answer email messages! I also was on hold on the phone for 1 hour and 11 minutes trying to get some help to access my tickets...and no one ever answered!! I gave up! I will be reporting them if I do not hear from them within 24 hours. I would be very cautious before doing any business with these people!

My dad accidentally sent his ticket to the wrong phone number and their was way to get the ticket back. Theirs absolutely no customer service. Theirs no phone number, they don't answer their email or Twitter. The app is incredibly hard to navigate. I will never buy tickets from here ever just because their non existent customer service.

The ticket that SeatGeek provided did not work because it was not sent through AXS. Tried to reach out to Seatgeek through various methods and no responses. Disputed the charge through credit card and SeatGeek apparently responded the credit card provider that the service was provided. Shady company and don't expect any kind of customer support when things go south using their product.

I uploaded my 4 front row seats (no seating chart shown 😡) to Cirque du Soleil Alegra in Seattle a 4pm Friday matinee but the app lists them as the 8pm show. I could find no way to change the listing so emailed customer support (what a joke). Approximately 7 days later I get an auto response giving me a link to their FAQ page and telling me to only respond if I can't find my answer. I responded that my problem was still not resolved and have now waited another 7 days and still no help!

Horrible service, they approve returns and the tell you a credit is on the way a month later and no credit/promo added to the account. Might be good, but if you buy because of the return guarantee, don't plan on the credit. I've sent in multiple emails and no response other than they are busy. I'm filling a fraud case with my credit card.

Useless app. First time buying through SeatGeek for NFL game and parking. Was able to log in numerous times from home but even with unlimited data app would not allow me to log in before I entered stadium parking lot, 2 hours from home. Two different phones had same problem. Had to finally google SeatGeek from Chrome and log in through the website. Could not locate customer support. The error message "something went awry" tells the user nothing!

If I could rate them any lower, I would. Their customer service is nonexistent. If you ever have any issues or need help resolving a problem, too bad you're SOL. They have gone far and beyond out of their way to make it as hard as possible for customers to actually contact them, and then when you do manage to actually send an email (no chat or numbers to call provided) they won't ever actually get back to you. 2 months, 10+ messages, still no response. Do not use if you have any other choice

Seatgeek sold me a ticket that was in a different section than what I paid for. Seatgeek had a ticket for an event in section 342, which I gladly paid for. A day later when I received my ticket, it was for section 341. This is not what I paid for and I immediately contacted customer service. After some back-and-forth, Seatgeek said they would refund me 50% of what I paid and I would get to keep my ticket. That was almost three weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund.

I've been requesting assistance for over a week. I continue to get an automated response that does not address my huge concern. I am seeking a full refund for a purchase I made and for which my tickets were never delivered. The event passed without my receiving the tickets.
