I have galaxy grand. My pre-installed application "video" is working fine. But when I downloaded the samsung hub, my pre-installed application "video" is not working anymore. As I opened the video, it shows only white screen. Then it says "Video has stopped working." Please fix this :( fix this then I will give you 5 stars for the review. Thanks!! :D

It just automatically updated its unused self. More useless junk to fill up my phone so I have to buy another one, as it slowly grinds to a halt drug down by useless crap constantly updating and reinstalling....

I cant change it at all, I tried sending a question and was instructed to clear data and cache then reboot the device and it will act as if its tge 1st time so I can change the language. Did all that multiple times but still I cant change the language and its so annoying! I won't be using at all and might even uninstall it if I cant change the language to english. The country as well is something I cant even find to change!!! Seriously annoying! !

This really frustrates me! I bought an album from the hub and it wont let me download it? Can't listen to it or any other songs from the hub as it says 'can't retrieve from the server'. Would not recommend buying anything from here it is frustrating and very disappointing when you want listen to something you have bought! Will not change my review until this problem is fixed. Until then I'll listen to all my music on my ipod. At least Apple lets me do that! (oh and I have an S3)

I don't understand why I can't stream these movies over allcast or chromecast. I feel like I wasted my money renting a movie. Also when I log in on my Samsung smart bluray player it doesn't even show my media. Why upgrade media hub to this if the content isn't transferrable.

I get a nag reminder every other day about an update for this app. I would've deselected notifications and turned it off on my device, but it won't let me. I have to install a 23.6MB update just so I can go into the app settings and turn off auto update and push notifications. Just to get it to stop bothering me. I hate this app because I'm forced to accommodate it. My review is based on the inconvenience the app causes me, and excludes any analysis about the quality or service that the app might offer.

Was able to make it work once for the Note 2014, after redeeming my $50 credit, it hasn't worked since. Can't use my credit to purchase anything because it "unknown errors" me every time I try to load it. Why is it I can get it to work fine on my Galaxy S3 phone, but not my tablet?
