I don't know what happened this year with this app or to the printer itself, it's infuriating how it doesn't work and makes you lose so much time, used to work flawlessly and now doesn't even connect to a PC or the various apps HP offers, I downloaded all softwares and commands offered on the web and doesn't even try to connect, I can't get the PIN no matter what I try and who I ask, please someone help me to try and use it again because I need it so much

After using this print service for years, all of a sudden it can't find my printer on network...After an hour of effing about, i gave up.... yet hp app found it, but is an awful way to print having to go to three pages instead of one!

Won't wirelessly connect to my M2022W printer anymore, the WPS button doesn't synchronise with it for some reason. I can set up a Raw IP printing option (which doesn't allow printing, but does allow me to monitor the ink through the app). It used to work, not flawlessy but good enough for many years, but now the only way I can print things through other apps is via the Samsung Printer Service app.

NEVER been able to get this to work - esp with browsers (or anything else for that matter) Was forced to BUY (a lifetime subscript) for another printing app to get anything printed with zero issues. Shame it doesn't really work & considering, that I can't uninstall it now either

Samsung M2070 (Printer). This app is perfect. Does exactly what I need effortlessly. Everything controlled within one app with a simple to use GUI that 99.9% of people can navigate and achieve results with minimum hassle. 🙂👍

Awful app. Very few options. Can't remove old printers (same printer, different ip). WiFi setup is useless. Printer is now useless and I'm unable to connect it to my network. Samsung need to publish a new app which actually works.

I write this review knowing the lack of response from customer service from HP towards other customers who have come here for guidance. I have updated the app to its most current version, and as I proceed to sign in, from being directed to the web and back to the app, the "thanks for your patience" loading screen is as far as I'm able to go when trying to print something from my laptop or mobile app. I have searched the HP website for a solution or an accessible customer service chat but none have been able to provide any solutions to the malfunction of the app that only has recently began

This app is not working right. When I started to print with my Samsung Printer via Wi-Fi, it shows it cannot print. I checked the configurations of my printer-and it is all right,still the app showing the same message. Then I installed the latest version of this app and ,still it is not working. Sometimes it also hangs my phone. HP ,this app needs to be improved,otherwise it could harm my Smartphone's opreating system.

Print via. otg cable only shows printer name, can't add printer. But the printer works fine in other trial version applications on play store. Please add print via. USB option in this app.
