App says I am here but won't let me connect to the camera. Try to contact customer service but get email rejected like they don't really exist. If it doesn't work by morning the unit is going back to Home Depot and getting the Ring camera. Apparently should have done so in the first place. This has been a waste of a day of my life

It works as a camera. I can view things. But doesn't stay within set zones. It triggers over the total view area, regardless, so lots of videos of nothing. Could use a group delete for videos too. Iindividually deleting recorded vids is tiresome. Security light is sensitive and bright. Gradual increase to full bright is unnecessary. Just flash to full bright when motion detected.

This app is pure Trash!!! Cant believe Google stills allows it. Doesnt show video, doesnt give notifications. Took me, an IT developer two weeks to get the damn thing to reset and connect to network only to have it give error and cant display video. im writing a robocall program right now that will tie every phone line you have up until my questions are answered. i hope you have a great telecom service provider.

CONNECT TO THE NOTIFI DEVICE On your mobile device go to Settings > WiFI and select the Notifi System XXXX network. Open Notifi App The App will detect your new Notifi System Follow the Notifi Setup Wizard Select Yes and the Wizard will guide you through the remaining steps NOTHING HAPPENS THIS IS BS..... Then you get Confim Notifi App Registration SURPRISE !!!!!!! ERROR! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR REQUEST OR YOU NEED T CARRY OUT THE REGISTRATION....SERIOUS HOW AND WHO IN THE WORLD CREATED SUCH COMPLICATION.....THIS WAS A GIFT BUT MY FRIEND WILL BE GETTING HIS MONEY BACK....

Not worth the time or money. Terrible app. Have had to reset it 3 times just to use it. Zones don't work. App doesn't work. Camera kept disconnecting and shutting off. Taking it back to the store ASAP.

YOU MUST READ THIS IF YOU JUST BOUGHT A NOTIFI ELIITE VIDEO DOORBELL. THE DEVICE WORKS GREAT, IT JUST DOESN'T WORK ON OLD PHONES. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. THEY WILL GUIDE YOU. AT LEAST FOR ME I NEEDED A MINIMUM OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 OR HIGHER THAT WAS MY PROBLEM. SO IT'S REALLY AS EASY AS THEY SAY TO SET UP. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
