They make it so hard to create a new account. And if you forget your password you mine as well not even try to recover your account because they make it literally impossible to reset a password. Once you make one account, and get locked out you can never make a new one, I've had 2 different phones and somehow this app knows I'm the same person and kept me locked out. Trust me now because this app will piss you off so much

I have been trying for years to get this fixed. No that is not an exaggeration, literally YEARS. I've called multiple times & the most recent time the customer service agent just laughed & said they were escalating the issue & I should be receiving a call in 24-48 hrs (no call was received). All I want to do is be able to use my phone number with my acct instead of my gf's but the app will not accept my number saying there's another acct already & it won't let me combine.

The savings on gas and price lock are nice. But what's the point of giving me the option to choose my payment amount for gas if it still puts a hold on my account for a higher amount? The first time I used the app I selected $30 and it put a hold of $30. Every time after I select between $20 and $30 and it holds $75.

Redeeming your points to pay is far too complicated! This process should be simple and easy! You should not need a degree in finance to do it! I tried to redeem 3k points on my $3.18 purchase which would have made it $0.18 and instead it wanted to use 2k points to save $1! That makes no sense! This system is so convoluted and complex! Make it simple 3k points equals $3 off. Why the unnecessary complications? For a brand known for convenience redeeming your points is anything but convenient! 😵

App is apparently useless because I registered my mobile phone at a 7-11 store instead of the app. The app does not provide a way for an already existing account to sign in using the mobile phone they already registered and racked up a huge amount of points on. Who thought this up?

Unreasonably short point expiration. Lost all my points during lockdown. Most rewards expire in the 12 to 24 month period, but these expire in 90 days. There is no reason for this other than to screw their customers.

Cant login keeps running me around in circles.as I wrote my email in asking me after to verify ok then place numbers in sent to verify sends me to write my email again then I found if you deny the request itll take you to another page asking you to finish your profile ok done no hit the continue and bam my own phn number is wrong lol retype it still wrong lol not mad its really nothing yet I'm not sure what's up here so one star is what I can give tell I update it..take care and stay safe

I have been charged a small basket fee since 2019 even though my subtotal was over $15. I notice this on my 10/15 /21 order. I only received a small portion of my money back. I will not be using the app again.

App mobile checkout is very buggy, 90% of store employees don't know how to allow usage of points etc. And points expire quickly, this app is suppose to be a convenience/efficient but is proving to be not worth the hassle!

I like how convenient it is because it's only a few houses down the road from me an I can walk there in a few minutes an I can get pretty much anything that i may need to get if I don't want to go all the way to the grocery store to get what i may need to get The only problem i have is that i only like going into the 711 when i really must have to go in there because some of the workers make me feel uncomfortable an they are very rude to me an I've heard them bein the same way with other people
