Used to work great. Now it takes forever to connect to the 4 cameras I have, and once I do, it takes forever to pull up the history, if it even does pull it up... And there are lots of missing hours in the history,, so it's disconnecting and reconnecting all day long.. I have wifi routers right by the windows by the cameras, so they're getting a good signal, and I'm on my computer and internet TV all day long, so it's not my internet cutting out. I guess I'll be canceling my service soon...

Worked well for about a year. Now don't receive any motion notifications. Pay for cloud service to ensure I receive them but they suddenly just stopped. Reached out to support which was a total waste of time. Will be canceling as soon as I get something else. Really a shame because I have many Sengled products and love them.

I have a paid subscription and do not receive notifications. Nothing is being recorded to even be notified about. Customer service is a waste of time. I have complained about this app for a year now. Please fix and update. The last update for this app was 2019.

This is actually a great camera system despite the negative reviews I've seen. The bulbs themselves are super easy to install and get set-up. I bought two of them for backyard overwatch of my pool and they have been invaluable. Setup time for each one took about 6 minutes per bulb. The process is very similar to when you set up an Alexa, where you have to first connect your phone to the bulbs internal Wi-Fi and then to your own Router. The directions are easy to follow and dare I say it....it was a SNAP! Following set-up you can program the bulbs to automatically turn on and off at scheduled intervals. This is super easy to do and can be done at any time directly from your phone or tablet. This time of year I have to adjust the times often as the daylight keeps getting shorter and shorter, but no worries, it's only two clicks and done. The only annoyance is that you have to set each bulb individually, rather than as a group. This can be helpful though as making it appear someone is at home and walking around turning on the lights if you set them for slightly different times. If you experience a power outage, most times the bulbs will simply reconnect without issue. I did have a problem once where the power in the house flashed without going out completely and it did cause an issue where I had to manually reset the Wi-Fi connection on both bulbs, but this is an extremely rare event. I have owned these bulbs for about 3 years now and only experienced this twice in that time. That's 1,093 days of constant service and only two days of interrupted service which was quickly resolved by resetting both bulbs manually. My only gripe was having to get the ladder out of the garage to reach the bulbs to press the reset button. As far as the app is concerned, I cannot get it to pair with Alexa as this does not seem to be an option....so bummer there. Other than that I'm completely satisfied. I actually went to Home Depot to buy two more recently, but apparently they no longer carry them as I couldn't find them at my local store. It's a shame, because I really like the ease of use and ability to view my cameras from anywhere with no problems. I have a home security system, but the Sengled bulbs provide better picture quality along with the microphone option which allows you to talk to anyone in your yard ...like your pet, or neighbor who is looking after your house, or any would be intruder and let them know you are watching! Great product. Would definitely purchase some more. Cheers! David

I've had these bulbs for two yrs or more. They constantly go offline or say they have been turned off. I have to walk around get on a ladder and restart them. Surely there must be improvements needed for the software. This will make me remove them if it continues, especially frustrating when I'm away and have no video surveillance. Please fix.

Not user friendly. Kind of has a mind of its own. But it does work. Im still trying to understand this app. Sometimes it notifies and sometimes not. Still in the trial so not giving up yet.

If you guys , ever do decide to update this app. Please add a 480p option. Otherwise these camera will continue to struggle with connection issues(while at 720p), just read the reviews. My camera works fine at 360p while struggles at 720p. ( no 480p option). THANK YOU sengled ! Beautiful app tho , maybe add a dark-mode & im loving it.

camera / floodlight for over 3 months and it is worked out standing really impressed with the clarity. record continuous and also records with motion. app has worked great no issues. I've been 200 miles from home and been able to look at the camera and control the light. Has everything to do with internet and Wi-Fi connection. If you don't have good internet and good Wi-Fi then these type applications will not work. properly

Room for improvement, paid for the 30 day plan after an incident and was not given any footage further back then one day. It had let me do that in the past where I paid and got to go back at least a week, but seems like the service quality is decreasing now. Sorry but the snap business needs a rejuvenating refreshment of extra effort and new found compassion for the user experience, for the record.

PLEASE fix the stupid app? I have 6 cameras.. I have to FIGHT the app to try to quickly get to the bottom cameras when I hear someone outside and need tho see that camera. The app has to like.. refresh or reload the cameras, seems like 2 or 3 times while I'm trying to scroll down to the other cameras, I finally get to the camera I want and go to press that one and by the time my finger touches the screen it's reloading again and has jumped back to the top again. Just Load all 6 on one screen!
