Huge bill amount every week. With the old meter, we used to get max 600 INR per month. Now, it's going 150 per week easily with the same pattern of consumption. Highly dispappointed, there is no way to report our concern. Electricity department can do whatever they want and there is nothing we can do.

It's a good app. Suggestion for the team -- There is no option of giving a secondary number in it. So the choice is to either register your tenants number on it or taking the headache of paying their bills and then following up to take money from them. So allow a second number to be added also with limited functionality of paying bills and tracking consumption with one number per meter as the secondary option.

Unable to register on the app. I have my smart meter installed since more than a week. I also have recharged it two times. But whenever I try to register on the app with my details it says "your meter is not commissioned yet hence registration can not be processed." What's the issue? If my meter is not commissioned then how it is working and I am able to recharge it. What kind of nonsense you guys have created. Pathetic experience. Your customer care numbers never connect. It's a shame.

No option to make payment by UPI, wallets, QR scanning, direct transfer by bank (NEFT, IMPS). No option to remove details of credit or debit cards post payment which is wholly unfair and unjust. Also not accepting payment by reputed private banks' wallet cards or virtual debit cards which are readily accepted by other payment gateways - so basically this issue is not at all card-centric but entirely payment gateway-centric. This is a serious flaw that grossly limits informed customers' options.

The response time of this app is pathetic. It is good initiave but the implementation should be done after proper testing and trial. Consumers don't want to wait for ages before the page loads and make the payment. It took me two days to recharge and in the meantime the department disconnected the supply because of negative balance. Please update and fix the issues.

App shows very high energy per day which is clearly wrong.No one picks call on 1912 and on one other number.Also electricity got disconnected when it is very heavy rain outside.Electricity department is giving lots of tension and pressure to public with faulty and fast energy smart meter.Electricity board is trying to increase profit with faulty smart meter.

Its completely useless app! Please fix the bugs, its use is to pay the bill if we can't do it in this app, whats the point. Its only loading from a month. We can't even pay from phonepe because of this anymore. FIX THE BUGS IN THIS APP ASAP!!

Uselee APP. Can't even recharge in one go and always shows server error. Doesn't show correct reading and bill information.This app needs a lot of improvement. If you're reading this have this app get developed by a reputed IT company.

I haven't been able to login my account for past 4-5 days. I also have an issue with my electricity bill, it's coming unexpectedly high. I would also like you to inform me of mine daily unit consumption so that I can compare it to my electricity meter. The app doesn't work properly and it's very laggy

Most important thing is.. it consumes too much balances than Postpaid meters. Doesn't working properly.. sometimes it takes too much time to open, bit still doesn't open. Guys don't let him fix this in ur home. Bad service.
