DND wasn't enough for me. I needed to stop accidentally seeing emails that came in during my down time. If you're working across multiple timezones, it's really useful. Stopping email sync means you can keep your phone for taking photos and distractions other than work.

Works exactly as expected. I have a schedule set to disable my work email sync in the evening, and enable again at 7am. You have to make sure your phone doesn't kill the app otherwise notifications will not turn back on as scheduled - that's nothing to do with the app, but worth noting!

Hello! This isn't working as expected. I have the Gmail app for personal emails and the Gmail "work" app set up for my work account - Quiet for Gmail only sees my personal email and features no way to add an additional account. Help?
