From day one I cant access the VOD system I do have two divice on both of them dose not work, the listing time and the programs are wrong. On Mondays cant access the shant us station. Programs keep getting frozen.i do have other online programs like Netflix, prime, .....they work perfect so it's not my internet. If you are charging people for your TV at least make sure it's working perfectly.

Ok. To start with I downloaded this app because of womens club show that is not on you tube any more. If you guys can not provide the quality of the app which is only loading God knows what than just let people watch what they want on youtube. Do not be sooo cheap. Do not spoil your rating.This app is jut Horrible.

I had a technical issue (smth they didn't bother to mention when subscribing), I informed them about the problem in less than 24 hours and they told me to wait for a refund and I've been waiting for whole 3 months. I was expecting a bad customer service with no form of refund but the mentality that these people have is fascinating. They don't even bother to find a stupid reason to lie to their customers that they are trying to fix it or anything. nope, they simply don't care!!

1.Shity long registration procedure. 2. No search bar 3. Slow loading and poor quality 4. Not user friendly 5. Not updated programs 6. Intalled and uninstalled after 30 mins of use.

Terrible app. Cannot sign in. It asks for the phone number and says that the number is already taken. When trying to recover account using that phone number it says that there is no user with such number.
