Great customer service, terrible app. The links in the email reroute you to the homepage instead of whatever it was you were trying to accomplish. On the account page you can't change your password. I had to make two phone calls and two live chats in the last 24 hours to resolve my issues. Ultimately it took way too much time and effort just to sign up for a year-long membership and change my password. I Love the service. The app is not worth the time and effort.

Used to be a really good experience. I liked their service and selections but of late it has been very inconvenient. After waiting for my order to show up/hear from the shopper, I've had to contact the customer care centre for updates and to my dismay having it rescheduled. The products are already expensive compared to an Aldi or a trader Joe's, but we're paying a price for a better service. If that is not available, doesn't make sense to hold shipt membership.

The service is great. Much more reliable than Instacart. The APP however is absolutely terrible. Horribly slow performance, and the search functionality is completely braindead. If I search "corn flakes" then that should be the first result, not frosted flakes. As I type "Cheerios" the search will auto-complete all the way to the full completion of the word... at which point it changes to "cereal." Again, great service, have had mostly great shoppers. Bad, bad app. Bad!

This morning the app opened a popup window, maybe two, covering the app I was using. I've never seen this before and I wasn't using the Shipt app at the time, and I didn't have an order being shopped today. I was in the middle of something else so I couldn't stop to see what the popup advert was about, and it was not easy to close. If this is a new feature of the app please remove it. I'll have to uninstall the app if it happens again.

Its really sad. Before Target bought the company the app worked perfectly. Now its extremely rare for me to get thru a shop without the app crashing atleast once, sometimes 3 times. Products organization is bad now as well. Sometimes pictures of items don't match their description. The "idiot proofing" measures make it much harder to use as well. Other than that, its great!

I have been trying to log in all morning but it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I saved my password so I wouldn't have to go through this everytime. I even clocked on "forgot password" and never got the reset email. Guess I'll switch over to Walmart delivery instead and save myself some money.

Was using another shopping app but, I think this one is better. It gives you more flexibility. Communication with the personal shopper was great. The store wasn't well stocked. So she went out of her way to find acceptable substitutes. A very pleasant experience.

I feel like the Shipt shoppers shop for you as if they are shopping for themselves. I had a shopper point out a brand on sale in case price was most important. Fruits and vegetables are in good shape. Customer service actually answers and is helpful. I think they are the better of the shopping options.

Shipt has the best shoppers, out of my orders I never had an issue. They communicate effectively which is great when there's substitutes. They act like you're personal shopper always friendly and perfect hand off, no other delivery service currently can compete with that. I highly recommend Shipt

Upgraded app, now I have to skip an ad when I open the app and it flashes for me to sign in before it goes to my last store purchased at. It won't show me my shopper when I click on my current "in progress" order. I get a blank page.
