As soon as I open the app, it says "connection broken" and pretty much hangs on that screen. Tried on several different Android devices, all the same outcome. Bluetooth connects fine the CT fit app.

Am so disappointed that the update app still did not resolve the connecting issue. It is a pity as the watch is good but the app destroy the user experience. Hope that the app developer take action asap to gain back the trust from users.

Easy update process. Btw, if the CT Upgrade program hangs when launched, it is because the original CT Fit app is still running. Close it..and flush your phone memory. Then run the CT upgrade again. It will connect and work. All in all, only one CT app can be connected to the watch at a time.

It did nothing but take up memory. App started working after Android update then stopped again approx 04/26/20 when Android updated again. Galaxy S9+, boosted to 3 stars from 1. May be an Android issue.

The app is trash when you try to connect your watch it instantly say connection broken (next time they need to make sure to double check the app before putting it out) HOW AM I TEACHING YALL HOW TO MAKE A APP. this is so rediculous.

Be nice if the wacth would stay connected for more than a few seconds. I received 1 out of 50 text message it's always disconnecting. Needs a fix

The connection is broken - If they had an updateserver its most likely dead and the connection is broken is just a bad way of using an errormessage
