Pretty bvb ad recently. Many scanned items aren't recognized, walk-ins aren't working (Marshall's and TJ Maxx are terrible), and lately the quick kicks don't work. Usually customer support is great and credits missed ones, but it's still a pain. And I got one customer service response that told me to reinstall. I can't see the need for that when walk-ins work at every other store. It used to be a lot better.. hope they can figure it out.

This used to be a great app. Recently, though, people with Android phones have had increasingly more issues. First, we can't get walk-ins at TJ Maxx and Marshall's without having to email the company with proof we were there. That's been going on since May of 2020. Now, the daily videos won't play for us. Some will, but then the screen just goes black when you click on a video under the Discover tab. Iphone users don't seem to have this problem. Sadly, they don't seem to care....

Everything started out wonderfully. Then like most good things they went from great to horrible quick. It claimed products didn't match when I scanned them. Purchased items took a bit longer to give points and now videos won't even load when you hit play. Trying to shop online simply says the servers are busy to try again later. Isn't the point of shopping online to save time not keep trying again later. I even tried deleting and installing the app again, not any better.

This app would be great if it would give me Marshall's walk-ins. The gps says I'm 0.0 miles away and I report it as not doing anything, but it still won't give them to me. I would give this app 4 stars, but this kind of sucks. Update: Shopkick sent me a message that they were looking into the problem over a month ago, and still no change. If you are going to take the time to send me a message, take the time to fix the stupid issue. I changed my rating to a 1 star and would not recommend the app.

Great concept, poor app and support. Pros: get paid for looking at new products, purchasing some of them, walking to some stores and watching some videos. Cons: videos are hit or miss to play, walk ins to Marshalls, TJ Maxx and other clothing stores are broken, they know it, have been like that for few years, amount of kicks shown per store is inaccurate as some products will have the scan option turned off. Around 15% of products wont scan besides scanning the correct product (upc wont match).

I really liked shopkick it was my favorite app. Then when I was screwed out of 1800 kicks (I bought mcdonaldes mccafe exactly as described and not rewarded) with no way to rectify it I changed my opinion . They removed the points so I can't even rescan my reciept so they can see their mistake. They refused my points and removed them like I claimed and received them. I think it was because with those points I would have been able to claim another $100. So no not happy.

Many times the app does not register walkins points when entering TJ Maxx and Marshalls.. I have reported several times. When will this be fixed. Lost a lot of points this holiday season. And the screen goes black with daily videos. Again losing points. I have an Android, don't know if that matters.

Don't waste your time with this app. I worked and got enough kicks to get a $25 PayPal credit or a $25 walmart or Amazon gift card and I can't get it. Error occurs. I emailed support and haven't heard back. I was doing this app for some extra holiday cash, as I live payday to payday. Thanks a lot shopkicks for wasting my time.

Started well. Spent a lot of time to get to a gift card..now..can't claim any and can't get any support . Emailed MULTIPLE times, no help, no customer service number... extremely frustrating. Don't get this app and spend your time, you won't get any rewards for it!!

I have had problems watching the videos. It took me almost one hour to watch 25 videos. I have email them twice in the past week and the problem has not been addressed on their site nor have they ever responded back to my emails. Getting ready to delete the app. So dissatisfied with the way this app has gone.
