I would say this is a pretty well app,seeing there's a lot of improvement in a very less time since the launch of this app,but yeah there are a lot of issues too like it buffers alot sometimes even though when there's pretty stable and high speed internet,second thing is about that when we open the stream in full size it rotates only to the left and not right?idk if that's just some issue of my device or everyone else faces it.

I don't why, but it takes a lot of Internet speed, I can watch a youtube stream at 1080p without any buffering but even a 480p stream in Loco feels like a huge task, if you missed something you can't go back to it like in YouTube streams, streams get stuck at the most hyped moment, I really regret downloading this, Please make necessary updates.

Although developers had done a good job, it is not enough. Buffers a lot, watching after streaming is impossible, can't go to specific scene or backward is also impossible. The 2nd star is for trying. All the best to become a complete platform.

Well it's always difficult to grow on a new platform from 0 followers to a big audience but it's more difficult to do this on loco comparitive to other platforms because of the UI of loco. Due to trending tab new and small streamers are never recommanded and they are not able to grow on loco. There are many streamers who gained only 10 - 20 followers in 3 months which is terrible.

The reasons why I am giving it. 3 star is that 1:- While rotating the video playback screen it rotates in only one fixed direction. 2:- If we missed a part of the stream and we want to re-watch it, then there are no such options for that

Everyday open app, watching any streamer stream just open and close, error showing "technical issues" .. if watching stream online stream or end stream just buffering back 5 minutes and 10 minutes .. means back moments again again watch same stream part. If buffering seeking 10 second working but missing part. Watching 720p, 1080p no 60fps gamer stream. I'm uninstall. Give 0 star but no option so 1 star goodbye Loco🙏🏻🙏🏻

Needs to fix some bugs. Also bring more video qualities. There are grains present sometimes. Live chat sometime feels buggy. My most hated thing about this app is that it usually get glitched when we minimise from fullscreen, a black screen with a small video playback window is seen. The phone also hangs a lot when I use this app. Also provide landscape rotation for both sides of phone. The picture in picture window is a good feature. But this feature also feels laggy. Please do fix all these.

Bad experience. Streams are always lagging. You cannot use the app in landscape mode which is just frustrating when you use it on an iPad. Biggest thing is that I watch streams on laptop and there is no option to even search a streamer like what the heck. And there is no option to collect/give coins. You cannot even see which streamer you follow. It's a bad idea to switch from YouTube or twitch to stream on loco.

Overall experience is good apart from the chat system during live stream.. Also can you add the feature of watching going back during a live session. Like if you have missed some part you cannot go back during the live stream to continue where you left.. you have to watch it as shows during the live. And then wait for the live stream to end and then can play at any time.

You guys really need to work on the customer support of the app. One of the worst customer support team. On raising any query you just have to be hopeful that someone gets assigned atleast and he/she replies to your query because it has happened to me on multiple occasions that there has been no reply from support team for hours also and I have to wait in the chat hoping that someone will resolve my issue. Still have a issue open which I have no luck from support team.
