Course of pull-ups is a program with which you can rapidly develop your strenght and physique. This is your own home trainer for pullups.

Rules of the program: before start training you should run the test. The purpose of the test is to determine the maximum number of cruciani (body lifting) at a time you can do. Now basis on the test result, select the programme and start training. Press the button after each set to trigger the timer for rest (have a rest recommended time or change in accordance with their feelings). Observe the mode of rest and proper nutrition.
Example: you can do 10 pull-ups. Choose from the list of programme 9 to 11 times. Remember to rest 2 days after the test to restore.
This course is designed for a maximum of 50 pull-ups. Of course you must work a lot, but this is not fiction, but a very real indicator. With our app organization your workouts will become much easier.

    I think that this is a perfect app but I really want the function of deleting some days from history. Because at the start I used second program which counts pulldowns (not pullups). Because of this app thinks that I did more pullups than I actually done. Please add this function or fix counting real pull-ups.

    No way to view where you are in the program. I like the warm up and after workout stretching, but what's really missing is the ability to see where you are once you start the program. Also, many other apps like this present a calendar view to display your pass workouts, to mark days that you have exercised.

    Stick to it to the best you can and you will see improvement. I went from 0 to 9 in just a couple of weeks. Barely consistent. All my life, I could not do any. Dont get me wrong. Its very hard at first, especially if you've never had back or arm muscles... however, I am doing an everyday the arm and chest workout app in conjunction...so I guess pick up one of those too.

    So far so good. This is an awesome app for endurance training esp. for those doing sports/trad climbing. Love it how it seems scientific and sustainable in terms of improving your pullups. The warmup is a nice touch on top of that. Well made. Kudos to the development team.

    I use these apps for the rep progressions. I can't do 1 pull up. I'm using the app to track the easier chin up. I can only just do 1 chin up. So level 1 is eccentric chin ups (Chin downs), but there are too many reps already so the progressions are set too high when starting from 0 - 1 rep max.

    it works for I want it for. It's interface could be better seems to have a level system. Would be nice to know how it works. instead of randomly seeing the level increase. a few tweeks and I'll give it 5 stars.

    Great app. Some grammatical problems, but you get the idea. The poor grammar can give you that feel that it's a third world app and that there may be some malicious intent but it had been vetted. Only problem I have have is when I try to jump screens in between tests on my Samsung S9, i inadvertently hit the "next" or "finish" button.

    It's simple, easy to follow. Motivating. I like the history feature--makes it easy to see progress. No frills which is much appreciated. Occasional bug causes it to close, but that's rare.

    I do this before my 5x5 m/w/f. The stretches and pullups are a great warmup for my 5x5 (squat heavy) free weight routine. All of my 5x5 routine, is lifting weight up off the rack or ground. This hits my muscles from the opposite direction, and did wonders for my posture. I think I'm an inch taller, and my "belly" is gone.
