    Excellent for brief warmup exercises, which btw, are very effective. But very limited options. Opportunities for improvement - 1. add a few more exercises 2. add a pause button 3. add option to select/reorganize/replace exercises (i.e. I end up skipping floor exercises when outdoors, but would like to make up the time w/3-4 standing replacements). Otherwise great app!

    Starting to get back to fitness after a back injury. This was a little hard on the muscles but it is just what I need to kick my ass to get up and started. Perfect for a beginner again regardless of a martial arts background. It's the motivation needed for me and a reminder to keep going. Pain is a hell of thing to remove motivation.     It's ok. The routines are the same every day. If you click on the auto mode to change up the routines, nothing happens. It just remains on the same routines.

    Just tried it- feeling a lot less stiff now! Only quibble: consider slowing down the animations. I keep wanting to increase my speed to match the animations despite the instructions telling me to go slow!

    Ok but a lot of room for improvement. More choices. Ability to pause or rewind. On the good side it's clear, deals with most body parts (doesn't do quads and arms though so I add those) and is efficient

    Day 2: This is by far the worst app experience I've ever installed. The 1st day reviewed the workout exercises quite well, but today I found there was no review of those exercises. If you have a photogenic memory then go for it. For the rest of us, this app is horrible! God luck if you deside to download it anyway.

    So easy to do and you'd see results! It'd be a 5 if there are variations. I checked the option for variations but every time it's the same sets for the workout.

    Doesn't give you a preview of the exersizes, doesn't tell you how long it'll take, do the times change every day? Doesn't give you any information at all it just says, "start". I run on time limits. I'm not going to use something that's never going to tell me how long it'll take and I'm certainly not going to waste my time figuring it out. Additionally, I have lists of exercises that don't work for me. Can you customize the exercises at all? No. So no thank you. Immediately Deleted.
