    I like being able to use this to send faxes out. Seems to do well so far... Don't change that! I wish you could use your coins to pay for you get faxes back somehow or pay for faxes in like how they go out /to pay for x coins to pay for the year to be able to get faxes at a number.

    Need to send a fax and a pinch and it needed to be done fast and they gave me free credits cannot complain if you're looking to send a fax from your phone because most of us don't have fax machines this is the best newest way to do it

    Fairly quick/fast too fax documents although not completely free... it cost about 50 cents or so per page faxed yet still, I only need too use once a month. Therefore, it's well worth it. Much easier than having too try too physically drive to my local ups or fed ex and wait in line then also pay a fee too send. Simple fax has made my life easier! 😉

    BEWARE!! Rude, customer service! I am not able to send a fax on 3 different devices but worked with another app (same number, same 2 pg doc). Emailed for tech support or refund. 6 back and forth emails and they said their app is fine, my carrier (AT&T) or recipient is the problem (went through w/another app). They said, "your statement of the problem is not enough” and they "don't support abnormal refunds". So an app that doesn't work for me is abnormal. Wish I could post the email thread. 😡

    I did not get my $3.99 for the service returned to my account and I also did not get the $9.99 refunded back to my account for the 250 credits and my dad's are still gone forever. I could not use your service. So I will do exactly what I said I was going to do when that money was not back in my account it after 72 hours. there is no such thing as customer support. You will not be able to call anyone,,,,you spend your money for a service and get no service...hummm

    Waste of time...took 3 tries to send the one and only free fax. I highly recommend Easy Fax...it stands by its name...easy, fast, reliable, and it's free with option to buy more credits or watch ads to earn free ones!!! Give it a test run...or a few for that matter...you won't be sorry!!!

    Simple and easy. I like that I get a confirmation message once the fax has gone through. It was a little slow. Also, if I don't fax often, is there a way to get an affordable deal? The current rate is $1.99 per 15 pts for one fax. That is very over priced.

    It's my first time using this app I say very easy to use. And very easy to get credits and affordable too. Love it wish everything was this easy.
