This app is absolutely horrendous it will not even let you choose the dates. I could choose a week and it will come back with an error tell me that I need to choose a date in the future all the rentals are automatically set for 3 days! You cannot change it!

That was the worst experience with rideshare app ever. First time it didn't show where the car is located, just message "ready for pick up". We canceled it. Second time we couldn't find driver too, this time car was driving somewhere not far from us, but didn't picked us too. Uber app is not the perfect application, but it's working at least.

Unable to actually add an already made booking. It just spews a nonsense error about rebooking but im not trying to rebook, I'm just trying to check in an existing booking. And their actual website is not providing an actual online checkin option as advertised

Do NOT rent from the app! The price is higher for exact same rentals online. My total for same date/time and type of vehicle was $5/day higher had I booked through the app. I guess they're not expecting anyone to compare. Do your homework before booking!

my experience with the app its way better than with going over the counter. As for the app i wish it had better price for booking and paying right away as well as better explanation for extras one can pay for overall a great app for rental

The worst app and rental company I ever used. I booked a rental car and they didn't let me use their car because of my expired license. They still charged me for the rental! I never used their car. I asked for my money back and Sixt simply said that they can't give me my money back! Perfect example of greed and stealing money from people. I'll take them to court.

So complicated. The app asks for a security code to login which can be found on the pdf on the reservation. So to login to see my reservation, I have to check my reservation...:\
