Arrival and departure notifications are late and sporadic, location updates too. Route taken is reasonably accurate but sometimes non existent. Arrival and departure times are often identical? As a paid subscriber, I'm not very impressed.

I always use namola app to get hold of the nearest police and I appreciate it alot it is fast better than you phoning your local police they will make that call and you will be assisted in 5min thank you for this app guys

I use Android phones. This app seems not to be very friendly to Android. Some settings and options (like marking places) are either not available or hidden so deep obe cannot find it. Location is also wonky. It works sometimes sometimes not on Android phones. Phones in reff are Nokia and Samsung. Android 10. Since the above support contacted. But the problem persists. They could not figure it out and left it. If you use an Android phone, first check location function. It may not work well.

Have read other reviews but In my personal experience operators have been good and app itself is great for a free user. Issues I do have: Newsfeed as the homepage. It doesn't need to be the first page I see about daily covid cases and deaths. Having a Hide function would be great. Location page not having a refresh location button or function to update. Huawei/Android location can be active but it won't update if you don't enter app and go onto maps page. Please Help Dev's & Namola Team!

Very good, informative, fast and efficient, agents are also polite. Police respond quicker than if you call the centre or even a station directly. I love their dual function SOS button; tap to choose SOS type or long press for an agent.

They very quick and efficient to response to distress signals. Thanks to them my sister and her baby is perfectly fine. They were quick to dispatch an ambulance to take my sister to the hospital.
