App sucks, a pop up appears everytime you click on something saying "x amount of people have viewed this in the last hour!" And it covers the photo of the product. Been like this for a year

Possibly the buggiest ever app known to man. Just spent 15 mins applying for a release only for there not to be an enter/done button at the end. Not the first time I have tried, same result though. Why do they bother?

Very slow app has the be the worst one out of all the clothing and shopping ones I use. I missed out on a rare pair of 90s because the app froze then it told me I needed to reset my password. Which I did then I didn't get the link until about 4 hours after which by then the trianers were out of stock. I also tried going through the website which is just as awful. You need a better app and website if your going to compete with other retailers.

Functionality and usability sucks, you cannot see your password upon login, i put my details and it doesn't log me in and i receive an error message that is confusing, and when i try to give them my money it asks me to verify with my mobile number which i find ridiculous, when the payment point should be the moment of truth when i become a customer, they request more things when I'm giving them my money, it's one of the cases where people drop out before processing. I have deleted the app!

not very good ,made a sizing mistake and straight away tried to change, but there is no option, to change order you have to wait for delivery then you pay to send them back

The Account Section where you add your address details was where I got stuck for awhile because I could not find my address on the address finder and when typing manually you can just edit if you make typo you start the whole process from scratch again by deleting what you previous entered.

Almost everything I click is out of stock. Dont see the point of spending phone memory and space on this app. In its present stage, the app is a ripoff google images, since you can view images of shoes on both platforms but not buy them. Very disappointed!

Love the app as i managed to get a lot of trainers but now it jist doesnt work, just get a blank screen. SIZE? WHATS GOING ON SORT IT OUT.

No problems from placing order 2 delivery. My merchandise arrived before delivery date. 3 stars because there is no money conversion chart. I had 2 look at my credit card statement to see how much my order came to. I was going to return an item however that would have cost me an additional $65.00. To print out a return label, I had to guess what mail carrier to use because they don't offer UPS, USPS, FEDEX OR DHL, the mail services we are familiar with in the USA. I did not return item.
