The app is intended for automatic call recording from the phone line where supported by hardware and kernel. Root access is a must for many phones, as manufacturers often won’t implement the required functionality. There are 4 recording methods: - Standard API - CAF (root required) - ALSA (root requried) - Kernel (root required) Standard API - method which doesn’t require root access. Check out every audio source before using. Many phones support recording using this method, from the microphone only (audio source “Microphone” should be selected). CAF and ALSA - both methods require root access. Device settings in settings → recording are very important here. If your phone isn’t listed, select a device which has the same chipset as yours. The main difference between CAF and ALSA is that CAF doesn’t require ALSA installation, and supports more functions. Kernel - recording method for phones based on old chipsets by Qualcomm; root is required. This method doesn’t guarantee 2 way call recording. Which recording method is better? Neither recording method can ensure that your calls will be recorded from the line; this is phone-specific. And you have to try and find out the one that fits your phone if it’s not auto-detected. Best call recorder. It works on almost everything, and if it fails, it's probably the device's fault - because this app is very well programmed and offers a wide variety of audio input options. It requires some initial calibration, and then you can just forget about it. It's gonna do the job automatically in the background, if you so desire. The price tag is worth the cross - device reliability.

Have had this app for well over a year. I have recently run into a problem. A supplier of mine can control this app and turn it off. The record indicaror in the corner show that it is recording but when the conversation is over there is no recording. I have recommended this app to many, many of my business associates and friends. Please let me know how I can correct this problem.

Good application but without root permissions... The recording is starting while dailing to a number. That's actually disgusting. Please solve the problem. Include some other methods to start recording on after answering the call for non root users. Thank you.

Works on stock/unrooted S8 (T-Mobile)! Works when using a Bluetooth headset too. Only issue is if you switch between modes during a call recording (Bluetooth back to phone earpiece or phone speaker and vice versa), it does not consistently track the source and record successfully. Otherwise, excellent app - thank you!

Every update makes it worse. Now it's not recording anymore. After every update I have to manually log in to Box again. Works again after erasing app data

App आज ही लिया है...परन्तु SAMSUNG J7 पर काम नहीं कर रहा है. प्रारम्भ की 2 रिकार्डिंग के बाद की काॅल रिकार्ड नहीं हो रही हैं। यदि 1 घंटे में उक्त समस्या का समाधान नहीं होता है तो उपभोक्ता की ₹ 650/- की धनराशि वापस किये जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाये।

Quite disappointed as the app is brilliant, bought this for use with a Samsung note 4 and it worked, then used it on a Lenovo K920 worked flawlessly, now I have the Lenovo PHAB Pus and it doesn't work at all incredibly disappointed as it is a great app, my advice if your phone isn't listed, do not buy it use the trial and check to see if recording will work before you buy. The developer regularly updates the app with big fixes and enhancements so can be an investment.
