There is no zero star rating, otherwise I would have given this app a zero rating. The idea behind the app is wonderful, but the app simply doesn't work. When you click on the "Buy data" button, a blank page comes up. There are no data plans to choose from. When you try to register your phone number, they fail to send you an OTP. Maybe it's because of the Covid season, I don't know. I contacted customer service via email, and their response was hilarious. It definitely has to be Covid's fault.

Absolutely BS I'm traveling in Costa Rica bought a brand new Blu G90 cell phone with SIMO already installed on the phone. I needed a data plan paid for 3GB for $15 because I couldn't get a sim chip do to Covid lockdown.....and it won't connect so I have zero internet when on the move by bus or foot. The contact support within the app is not even the same company, it's Skyroam....total waste of money.

This is so bad, I have been unable to receive a confirmation code while trying to register an account. I tried the email option and registered but have not seen any data plan to buy, it keeps showing me a blank page each time I click buy data. I tried linking my phone number to know if that's the problem but yet I didn't get an OTP, I tried with three different phone numbers, no code was sent. I have lost a total interest in this stupid stuff, it does not worth a single star rating.

IT WILL NOT WORK WHEN YOU REALLY NEED IT ! It was better last year ,now Theirs some days it won't connect , times where it's connected but data is so slow(showing 4g) that the apps won't even load. Most recently it starts to connect 40%-50% and then disconnect. This issue has happened 3 or 4 days a week for 2021. It's almost been a year with NO UPDATE!!!

This app was great until it suddenly stopped showing the option of data plans for purchase. I tried the internal troubleshooting resource and chatted with someone but they never got after knowing my issues.

Brilliant idea but the app doesn't work........have been trying to register my number but they don't send OTP then whenever to try to buy data it shows there are no data bundle available.........this problems should be fixed.....otherwise the app is trash........
