After using the app for years, I opened the app one day and saw that all of my data was gone. Moreover, the support team sent back an automated reply (as the issue is too common, I guess) that apparently there is no way to restore the data. No prior warnings that it could happen and users should take care of saving their data, nothing... However good the functionality of the app might be, if you cannot trust the app with the very fundamental task of saving the data, the app becomes useless.

I'd like a refund. After nearly 7 years of using this app I'm sad to say it is no longer functions as it should. It spends the whole time just trying to sync and failing miserably. I've now lost all my data and can't access what once was a brilliant app.

Don't waste your time!! I used this app for years and then it crashed and all my data was lost. Doesn't matter how great the app is, if it can't guarantee saving the data--it is literally useless. I've been emailing with their support team and it's been an entire month of back and forth with absolutely no resolution. I'm cutting my losses and writing this, in hopes of saving someone else the misfortune of logging for years and losing it all without notice. Zero stars.

Charged again despite lifetime payment previously. They said they'd sort it out but haven't, and I was just charged yet again. Not worth it. Support team refused to assist and tried to "explain" that they need to make money.... despite already having my money.

I have been using this app for a while and was a pain transferring the data to a new phone. I lost all my data. It was painful. I decided to give it another try for the 2nd time and right now, it's still a pain to sync my data to my google account. So frustrating.

I love OvuView. I've been using it for years and paid for the premium version, but adverts have now been introduced which feels like a con! Every single time I enter a symptom, an advert is played. I paid in good faith, whether the company has been acquired or not is irrelevant, I paid for the premium version and I feel like that should be honoured. Really hope they get this sorted or I'll be looking elsewhere :-(

As a long term premium user I wasn't overly happy with the changes when tempdrop took over. Today all my data dissappear because of a sync error. Might as well look for a different option now.

I too paid for the premium version several years ago so I wouldn't have ads. A few days ago, very noisy ads started appearing yet again! The ads ruin the app experience (and wake up my husband), so I will be switching to a new app. So frustrating! UPDATE: I contacted OvuView support regarding my issue. Apparently, the app was recently purchased by a new company. The support team provided me with a code for 3 months of ad-free usage while they try to permanently restore my app to ad-free status.

Updated: thank you for the quick reply and making the updates to mute ads. --- I have used the premium version of this app for years and always loved it especially after integrating my tempdrop. But now it is playing loud ads every time I log any symptoms. Not what I want to hear first thing in the morning! I thought when I bought the premium version there wouldn't be any more ads or payments. Now I need to pay a monthly subscription??? What gives?!

LOUD ADS! What happened? This used to be a really great app for easy charting snd custom symptom options. I have had it through 7 years and 3 babies. I never went premium and didn't mind at all when advertising popped up (I mean, beggars cant be choosers, right?) but now the ads are suddenly very noisy and trigger upon input and can't be muted. Women frequently chart cycles at odd hours with sleeping partners and babies nearby. This kind of advertising is poorly thought out. Please fix it!
