Like a lot of the other negative reviews here, I also did not like the fact that accounts were closed with little to no notification of such a thing happening. I had money accumulated, although I cannot remember exactly how much, I should have at least been able to send it to my paypal account, but even that feature went away a little while ago. I'm a bit disappointed at how the app was just forgotten about essentially and people are out money.

I've had this app for about three years and have never logged out. Someone on your end logged me out and now i cannot log in. I know im using the right info. I've had a couple of problems with payments in the past, takes awhile, but those problems get fixed. So, fix this one. 2 bucks every 3 months isn't enough incentive to continue with the aggravation of this app. I want what i'm owed before i delete it. On second thought, after reading other reviews, i'm done. Y'all suck, fu¢k you.

After trying so many times to redeem my points (which I have many) and not being able to successfully I was severely disappointed. I used to I like this app, but I decided to try again today anyway. Now I can't even log into my account because it says that they no longer support the app! It just closes out & wont let you do anything! So much for all those points I had, such a waste of time, these developers didn't even give any warning! Zero stars do not get this app, it does not function!

This app was great for the time that it was active. I actually loved the advertisements. And it was beneficial. I'm taking a star off because of the sole reason I was in the middle off accumulating points and they pulled the rug from all of us. They gone man. They gone. Now if I can get an amazon gift card with my balance, I will consider giving 5 stars. Rip Slidejoy.

All the recent reviews saying that the app doesn't let you cash out are all true. Seeing as the app hasn't been updated in two months, it's no wonder I get nothing but an error when I try to redeem. Plus, when I have the option to get extra carats by viewing a Kohl's ad, it'll indefinitely open new tabs of the same ad. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: so now apparently the service is dead. I had 4500 carats that could have eventually turned into another gift card. Horrible company.

I enjoyed slidejoy and was working towards a visa/PayPal redemption and just found out it's not working because it's closed. Never got notified about it and I'm very upset about this. Even though I think they should transfer the remaining credits as money to everybody's PayPal as compensation for the credits that are lost, reddit says that they terminated the accounts for safety reasons. I'm not happy and think the people that had no idea about this should be compensated.

Ohhhh so THATS what's going on...I thought it was just me....so they just shut the app off and didn't tell anyone first AND took everyone's money?? That's messed up. I'm pissed now...is there a way we can get compensated for all the time we put into it? Ive been a member since 2016 I think there should be. I just sent the developers an email and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has but if I hear back from them I'll post about it.

Can't redeem carats can't access account. It used to be good I redeemed only about $10 for Amazon gift cards, about 8 months ago only time I ever redeemed with this app has it since 2016. In the pass month I haven't been able to redeem emailed dev nothing. Hopeed maybe an update would come about still getting error message. Now I get a memo to try slidejoy "trial" but you need to create a new account not sure what this is about but if I go for it I'll lose all my carats also can't access ol acc.

So they shut it down without a word to users. Great. I noticed i hadnt seen the lock screen for a little while now and last i checked had at least 15 dollars on it. Who knows hiw much i would have had. Terrible develpoer decisions

I dont normally write reviews. However, I've been using slide-joy since it csme out in 2014. It worked wonderfully over the years, and only recently became buggy. I'm giving two stars because you took money from people that earned it, and didn't warn of your business closing. I'm actually heavily disappointed because I really enjoyed this app for the past 7 years.
