Malware app. Probably hacked into and slowed down by competitors with IT techs. It is way slow, doesnt show the properties fast. You'll never find a home with this app. You can't get notifications sent to your phone. Mickey Mouse and rinky dink app to prevent a home purchase.

Could be better but...it's a way for me as a realtor to gather basic contact info and allow my clients to search on their own. Like a lot of new apps, the website is easier to manage. It needs a bit of work but it's catching up quick. If we could add a pet friendly feature for rental searches it would be awesome!!

This stupid app is so frustrating. It's slow out of nowhere and glitches. You have to exit and go back in. But the real Cherry on top? Deleted ALL the saves I spent almost 4 hours to find. I'd give NO STARS IF I COULD.

It is so slow. Functionality is terrible. It's hard to navigate between homes and select the home you'd like to view because the "Neighborhood Snapshot" screen keeps showing up. The Redfin app is much better. If my agent wasn't on the KW app, I'd delete it

App is unusable. Search options aren't saved and freezes up as soon as you change one search attribute forcing an app restart. It's garbage

App crashes at least 3 times every time I open it and after that it never makes it 5 minutes workout crashing again. Filters don't work. I type pool in to the filters and most results have no pool and the word pool isn't in any of the listings. AND I've Uninstaller and reinstalled multiple times with no luck. Changing realtors to save more headaches... There's no way 3.5 is the true rating for this app.

Why does KW bother to send an alert? When you click on the alert about a property matching your criteria it should take you directly to THAT property. But it does not, it just takes you to the map with every other property populated. So what was the point?

It's ok. Works great when you pull up to a house and it shows that house. The map search option sucks though. Doesn't let you search a very large area. Often goes to where there is a cluster of homes for sale as opposed to where you are searching. Won't let you search more than one area without drawing the area which is difficult to do. It also doesn't let you sort by any options other than pricing or distance. No sq ft, bedroom, ect.

This app has the best filters of any other real estate app on the way store, but I've run into a few problems. •Whenever I try to create an account, I get an error. •Whenever I share a property, the link shared only opens in the browser, not the application. •Sometimes, whenever I switch to another application, the KW app reloads, causing me to lose whatever house I was looking at.

Don't like the app. Can't search areas, like draw a circle and search there. Doesn't indicate if you've saved this property before. Pictures don't show up for most of the properties. Have to use a computer to search properties, and can't save properties on the computer. The app and the KW site both suck. Makes me want to go with another realtor just for a better MLS search. I have to rely on Zillow, which is not accurate. Very disappointed!
